Everyone I have dealt with at 20/20 has been professional and helpful. The technician that came to the house for the spring inspection of the ac unit and the fall inspection of the heating system was Jake P. He was in time courteous and thorough. He pointed out potential issues and sent me a quote if I should decide to move ahead with any work that might need to be done. Highly recommend

I’ve got to say that I was VERY surprised and disappointed when I had them send a tech out to light the pilot light on my commercial workshop heater. I’ve used this for over 20 years and never had issues lighting the pilot, but this time it wouldn’t stay lit. They were good about sending someone out the day after I called and he was able to light it in under 10 minutes…and logged 1/2 hour on his schedule. They billed me $328 for that and my business is 350 feet from their location! I think that this was extremely excessive…do they actually charge $656 an hour for one technician?!! Shocking…I won’t be calling on them ever again and warn others to get a firm price quote if you are crazy enough to use them!

Our serviceman was extremely courteous and competent. He was careful to protect our property while he worked. He was thorough while checking our unit and cleaning the filters. It turned out we are both military combat veterans, so we had something to chat about, all while he continued to work. All in all, it was a good experience.

Professional, Knowledgeable, Personable, Stephen not only performed the maintenance superbly, but educated us on how we can continue to keep our unit running well. Added 10/17/2024 - Stephen and the whole 20/20 team continues to exceed expectations. All of the above still applies, plus: I'll add thoroughness to that. The 20/20 office team may be the best I've ever dealt with from a service company. Their communication and Customer Support attitude and ethics outshine anything I have experienced; including prior dealings with two of their top competitors. I only wish we had gone with them first!
