My furnace kept going in and out on a cold day . Even though they couldn't fix my old furnace (30+ years old) on the initial service call , the tech was very thorough in diagnosing . Concerned about having no heat at first but they came out first thing next day to install a new furnace . Nice and professional installers did a clean job and even pointed out a few other suggestions . Price was very reasonable for a furnace install

Woke up this week to a freezing cold house and a non-functioning furnace. We heard about A&S Nathan Last year from friends, how happy they were with the service. We figured we would call never believing that they would come right out, After all, we are total strangers to this company. From the phone call and leaving a message and getting a return phone call within minutes, The exceptional customer service began. They gave us a time that they would be out And the technician arrived within that time! Very professional, friendly, Knowledgeable And patient. We are extremely impressed with this company and hope we have established a long-term relationship with them now. The service technician even folded up the drop cloth that we had laid on the floor for him to walk on before he left! Who does that? Thank you for your exceptional service!!

Jake provided us with a detailed estimate with options and talked us through it so we could understand how best to match our needs. Ian and his team did a great job installing, showed up on time, kept us informed on progress throughout the day, and finished when they said they would, including a walk-through. Additionally, they did a great job cleaning up. Heather was behind the scenes at the office, answering our many questions efficiently. Overall, a team of professionals!

A&S Nathan is quick to respond, work within reasonable budgets, and turned around a furnace replacement IN A DAY (in a very cold January week!). Throw on top, they're very nice people top to bottom, there's no other choice for me in the area. Will continue to do business with them, and always recommend A&S Nathan for years to come.

We had an emergency and called A&S. They were busy like everyone else this time of the year. They made time to get out and give us an estimate so we could satisfy the insurance co.
The furnace was replaced 5 days, a beautiful neat job, later at a very fair cost according to the adjuster. She said her estimate was higher!

I have had A&S Nathan Heating & Cooling come out 2x this year. Once for my A/C unit in July & today for my heating unit. The level of professionalism & knowledge is outstanding. I love how they always take the time to explain exactly what the issue is and they will show you every step if you ask questions.
I will continue to always rely on them as needed. When I'm ready to upgrade the equipment, I already know who I can call and trust to get the job done while being fair as well as professional.

The Good:

Came out in a timely manner, 1 of 2 service reps were knowledgeable and professional. Did the follow up work to the same issue at no additional labor charger (similar to a warranty). Got a call back from a manager when requested.

The Bad:

The service representative was training a new guy while charging me an hourly rate.

I requested for the service rep to confirm before changing parts( the same rep did not comply). Changed me for 2 parts that were not broken ($360)

Spoke to a manager that was kind enough to call me back, but she was confusingly rude. I called to simply express that the changed parts situation should’ve be handled a lot better.

All things considered. They partially fixed the issue, but over charged on labor (by training a new guy on my job) and definitely charged for and replaced parts that were not broken. First rep was rude, second rep was professional. The manager was Rude. I wouldn’t recommend these guys.
