Worst car trouble experience I've ever had in my 40 years dealing with this establishment. I had a flat tire and a spare at home, so I got my car towed there. They persistently kept trying to make me buy a $300 tire. I told them that I'll be bringing the spare in later that day which I did and then they proceeded to tell me that they could not put it on for 2 days because they were busy. But if I had bought a new tire they would have had it on that day! Not nice. Don't go!

I saw the reviews after I had my car taken here and most were bad. My experience was that they only did the work that was needed which was a new clamp for my cooling system. Car works great again and I was only without a car for about 2 days. Happy Customer

Aaron was the worse agent. Never would inform me of any changes with my policy. Didn’t return phone calls. Always made excuses that it was someone else fault. My policy is now messed up and he is now gone. I spoke with a lady name Rhonda and she has a very smart mouth i stated that I had problems with Aaron and needed help with correcting my policy. She kept saying I don’t know why this is like that which up set me more then to find out it’s because she is not an agent. Why not just state that you are limited to the things you can do. Omg this has been the worse company. I have tried to changes locations and it’s been the hardest. I think I might just go back to my old company.

It’s so unfortunate that my experience at this location was so awful. Firstly the associate who was at desk to “assist “ with the car care services, was EXTREMELY rude and non helpful. The way he spoke to me as if he didn’t want to service me or that he wasn’t knowledgeable about membership questions. On top of it all, I am an AAA member and he still went about speaking to me like I was being a nuisance. Honestly if the worker didn’t have such a dismissive attitude,I would’ve went forward with getting the oil change services.
FYI :The oil change service takes about 2 hours so be prepared for that.
