Lacks basic communication. No receipt automatically provided for a $2K+ transaction, and was told l'd be called with delivery timing specifics. I had to follow up myself multiple times and the delivery was still dropped at the curb without warning. Pretty basic stuff to communicate w/ customers.

I give credit to this business, surviving Covid and everything else that could’ve taken it out along time ago. However, one thing that will eventually take out this business is their lack of attention to detail. Primarily at the front counter with the ladies who should know information that ring you up. Also, secondly, any product that is sold from an outside supplier such as grapeseed compost or other amendments should be certified weed free and that certificate should be kept on file for examination.

The last time I was at this supplier, I bought grapeseed compost in bulk and bags, and received a huge amount of spurge and crabgrass as a result. Obviously this product was not properly handled before delivery nor was it handled appropriately or purveyed with the appropriate information.

Good vale, attentive staff.
I saw few comments but I have gone several times and everyone have been helpful, from the guy that was sweeping outside, to the Cashiers explaining how I could come back for the rest of crushed stone if didn't fit in my truck and the guys operating the big machines.

They are very rude. I purchased rockes from this company paid for it in full and there clerk Brenda called my worker while they was in route to deliver and said they was short on inventory. She offered to refund money or bring half the shipment. My issue is why take my full payment while I'm in your office and not tell me upfront you don't have my full shipment. I called the manager joslyn the next day she was rude. She didn't listen to anything i had to say and didnt acknowledge her worker made a mistake. I will never buy from this company. Brenda was rude as well when i tried to talk to her she blamed my construction worker. I said you work in the office how is it his fault when you took my order and I paid you in full.

This is a fantastic place to buy rocks! If you need to buy rocks, this is your place. They have great prices, a great selection of inventory, and EXCELLENT service. I came here looking for just 15 rocks and the employees were super helpful. I highly recommend Acapulco Rocks.

Good selection of soil, rock, and mulch, not much in the way of pavers. Staff at front desk didn't seem happy to be working, however the staff working around the place were helpful.
