Zack and his brothers were out at our place to replace an almost 40 year old unit today. They were on time, the appointment was made quick. They are the nicest, most patient and understanding people carefully explaining everything to us. I've told everyone I know to use them, they're absolutely amazing!! Citrus Air in Bartow has a great air technician in John. I was expecting him between 8 and 10, and he arrived before 8:30. John is very knowledgeable about his job and I learned a few things about my ac unit. Very happy with the service. I'd give him a 10 for the review if I could.

The capacitor on our 3 ton Goodman went out and we still got charged even though it's still in it's 10 YEAR WARRANTY FOR ALL PARTS. Edit. The install they did in 2015 was terrible, they fabricated a custom return that will not close properly and we ended up cross threading the screw holes, and the filter they gave us didn't even filter anything! my evaporator is filthy. Who installs something that makes it so hard just to clean a filter every month and sells you a filter that doesn't filter at all!
