Just had an excellent service visit today! Tyler was fantastic—he was very knowledgeable and took the time to explain everything clearly. Dan H. is a superstar. He did a great job cleaning and tuning up my pellet stove. He also put down several drop cloths while he worked to keep any dust or soot off my living room furniture. Before he left, he also gave me some tips and heads-ups about potential future issues that I may face, which I appreciated very much. Tyler did a wonderful job servicing and fixing my propane stove. He kept his work area clean by spreading a large drop cloth over my carpeting. He was very careful taking apart my stove, thoroughly cleaning it, expertly identifying the parts that needed repair and replacement and putting it back together. Tyler answered all my questions and took the time to explain everything. I am very grateful for his work.

Dan Hamilton did a great job servicing my wood stove and chimney. He took his time to repair what needed repairing and then cleaned everything up. He explained what he was doing along the way. He was professional and knowledgeable. A great service technician!

Awesome experience with Dan H from Ace Chimney Sweeps to service 2 pellet inserts and a chimney cleaning. Dan arrived on time and was very good at explaining everything he was doing. He kept us informed throughout the entire 2 hour process. He addressed all of our concerns and questions very professionally. There were some findings on the chimney which he explained and shared photos along with a recommendation for remedial work. Great job in cleaning up as well. Overall a real 5-star experience!

Tyler is a wonderful technician. He is extremely knowledgeable, efficient, and a hard worker. After he cleaned out the gas fireplace, he repaired it and he left the room spotless. Tyler showed up on time and is very knowledgeable. He did his inspection on our fireplaces and explained the issue with one of them, He went over the ways we could try to fix it. I do have some knowledge of how a fireplace works but he really enlightened me on the things I didn’t know. Anyone can give you advice but in my experience I believe it should be left up to the experts and in our case we had the expert in our house today. Thank you Tyler for your professionalism!!
