Alex was assigned to replace my Honeywell thermostats, He knew right away that they would never give me the control I was looking for.
I’m very pleased with the heat pump because with three remotes in three rooms I have the ability to adjust the heat during different times of the day.
Alex and his crew installed my heat pumps through the most stormy days, Ryan you always answered my questions promptly and worked with Alex to make sure that I got the paperwork necessary to receive a rebate and income tax deduction.

A.E. Olsen Co. went above and beyond when my family lost heat during Christmas. They immediately restored heat with a “quick fix” and delivered multiple space heaters as an insurance policy, since a permanent fix required a replacement part. When a part needed to be ordered, they were completely transparent about cost and value. I have been a loyal customer of this company for the past three years, consistently satisfied with their service until now. This recent experience has been frustrating and disappointing.

First, my AC maintenance appointment was rescheduled twice at the last minute, including once on the day of the appointment. When the technician finally arrived, the service was completed, but shortly after, my upstairs AC unit stopped working. I called the company later that day, but they couldn't send someone out until the next day.

When the technician returned, I was charged $160+ for labor because the drain hose was clogged. This should have been addressed during the maintenance I had already paid for. To make matters worse, the clogged hose triggered the water failsafe, which now needs to be replaced. The technician didn't have the part, so he bypassed the shutoff to allow the AC to work, leaving me at risk of the pan overflowing if the drain gets clogged again.

When I called the office to discuss this, I was met with an attitude rather than the customer service I expected. I was told I should be grateful that the technician only charged me for labor and not for the service call or driving. Due to this lack of service and my diminishing trust in the company, I inquired about canceling my fall service. I was told I could cancel, but the fee was non-refundable. I also noticed the drain pipe on the side my house was broken during the service.

This experience has left me extremely dissatisfied. I expected better from a company I have relied on for years. I am now forced to hope they can complete this repair successfully the first time to prevent damage to my home, and stuck having to use them for one more maintenance service. I would in no way recommend anyone to work with this company.
