This company failed to provide the materials and labor to build a retaining and pony wall as outlined in their proposal. When it was brought to the owners attention he indicated he would come out to review the work and find a work around. He has never showed up and has not returned multiple phone calls and messages asking for an update and resolution.
There is no way I can recommend this company for any paver or retaining wall work.

If you are concerned about quality and a company standing behind their work you should look elsewhere. If you're only concerned about price this might be a company for you.

Initially communication was good we scheduled a quote agreed on I start date and it deposit was made. After that, communication was poor. As the start date approached I reached out several times to confirm everything was on track but had a hard time getting in contact or a reply. Once contact was finally made there was a delay in the start date by nearly a month partially due to weather and other excuses.

Once the job began the installers worked hard to get the job done in one day however the overall results were subpar. I was warned initially that there might be a slight variance in the paver color due to the age of my driveway and variations in every lot of pavers. (You would expect some variation but others have had their driveways widened in my neighborhood and don't have such a drastic color difference.) Further they filled the seams of the pavers with white playground sand which looked terrible. (I have since had another company replace it).

The concrete apron at the end of the driveway is already chipping up and has the aggregate rock showing through (it's only a month and a half old). He used recycled concrete to do the job and assured me it would last.

I spoke to the owner about some of the issues 2 weeks ago and he said sealing it would make the color more similar. (It has not) When I brought up the defects in the concrete he hung up the phone on me and will no longer accept my calls or return any messages that I have left.

I would not recommend this company!

Not too happy with the workmanship from this company. When we hired them they told us they would be done in 3 days it’s been almost 2 weeks and they still haven’t finished. They have left a pile of sand and orange cones in our driveway and still haven’t done the sealer. Jose indicated it was because it’s raining and it hasn’t rained the last few days. Also were supposed to move sprinklers, and they didn’t do that when they widened our driveway. They left a sprinkler underneath the driveway, so when I turn the sprinklers on it was getting wet underneath the driveway. Also, our side gate and two doors to our pool enclosure don’t close because the pavers were too high. I asked him to tamp them down and he didn’t seem concerned or ready to fix what they did wrong I made the mistake of paying them the balance before the job was done, lesson learned.

Had them come out and clean and seal my pavers. Ended up with mold and chalked pavers, called them to come back out, texted pictures and I got no response. Nice that I spent way over 1k only to have redo myself. Buyer beware..
