I can't say enough amazing things about this crew! We had them replace our blue stone walkway with pavers and they did an absolutely incredible job! The guys were so professional, friendly and hard-working. They were so thorough and the walkway came out better than I even expected! Thank you Ali's Crew!!!

Wanted to support local so bought a few yards of a top soil/compost mixture for a new garden. Super convenient, same day delivery.

The top soil was sandy, which I could forgive somewhat as the compost seems nice, but unfortunately it introduced a lot of weeds we've never had in our yard before that started everywhere we used the soil and has since spread throughout the yard.

Absolute nightmare working with everyone at Ali’s. Incompetent staff that takes no pride in their workmanship, owner makes promises then does not follow through. 6 week project turned into 18 months and then left high & dry. Please take it from me and do business elsewhere. You would think a local business would do right by the people in its town but this place is a Joke and the owner Is a scumbag. Go to town hall and look up how many judgements against him.

Received a delivery of garden soil and sweet peat and was more expensive than my past garden delivery from another. But I gave Alis a try for superior product. The soil was a lot of sand and the sweet peet contained a lots of rocks. The worst part is that my garden and remaining soil mix has Japanese knot weed. Has anyone seen this before? Frustrating!

I was trying to get a quote for some new plantings in my yard. We were looking for 10 new bushes and a tree. I’m giving two stars here because I received the consultation but then they ghosted me after the initial appointment. The consultation was great: Nicole came out and looked at my yard with me. I told her what I was looking for and she gave a tentative plan that I really liked and gave me her business card and told me that she would send me over a design quote a couple weeks. Well, a month went by and I still hadn’t heard from her so I sent her an email asking if she’d had a chance to look at our design or if she had a thought on timing, and I never heard back. I tried again with a phone call one week later and then another email & call one more week later. At that point I gave up chasing; it had been 7 weeks with no word from them and I had just had a baby, so I was focused on other things. But then around 10 weeks, I got a call from someone in the office asking if I was still interested in a design quote. And I said “yes of course! I haven’t heard back from you guys and I thought that you forgot about me!” And he said “great. Nicole is on vacation this week, but she will get you a quote over next week.” And then I never heard back from them AGAIN. I’m really not sure what’s going on over there but I’m pretty upset that I got ghosted twice. The only reason I’m not giving one star is because they didn’t charge me for the consultation, which most other places make you pay for. However, 0 stars for communication, actual work done, and for dragging me along.

Recently had Ali’s put in a patio for us in Southington. They did an amazing job, worked with Nicole and her crew Nick, Rob and Gill mostly. The extra time they took to prep and get it perfect is the part you don’t see. Brought is special equipment to fit in our area. We had a function at our house so we’re had a timeline and they stayed late several nights to meet that. We are so please and everyone commented at how amazing it looked at our party. Highly recommend 👍👍
