The team at All American Tree Care with owner Mark at the lead, have been very professional with their service. We've used them several times with large maple, ash and pine trees that were well over 75 years old and way passed what the average people could remove. They're prompt and a pleasure to work with. Over the years I've hired many different companies for services at our farm . . . and one of the main things that impresses me about Mark and his company . . . is that he doesn't come in and "rush" the job. Mark is very meticulous at his craft and makes sure every limb he cuts, falls where he wants it to fall. He truly is a master at his craft and I would highly recommend him to anyone that needs a tree service.

This company was recommended to me by a local surveyor as I'm new to the Coventry area. Mark showed up on time for the estimate in which we agreed on the removal of four trees which threatened the house, the stump grinding needed, as well as the removal of huge clumps of wild bamboo. His crew showed up within a week and did a very professional job. The house is now safer from possible tree falls and the lot looks bigger with the brush removal. During his work he told me that the cover for my well had deteriorated. He got a local repairman to replace it w/ a new cap. If you need tree removal or site work give Mark a call at All-American Tree. He did a great job at what I thought was a fair price.

Mark and Nick removed multiple trees for me today and I couldn’t be happier! I called last week and Mark came out same day and gave me an extremely fair estimate. He scheduled with me for the following week which I was very happy with because other companies were weeks out to even get an estimate. I was concerned with the wet weather and my lawn but they went above and beyond to make sure the yard was not damaged. Their equipment was top notch and extremely impressive. Mark also assisted me and educated me on the pruning of my Japanese maple. I couldn’t be happier with my service from All American Tree Care!! Thank you!!

To start with, Mark returned our inquiry phone call the same day and was able to come out that day to provide an estimate. Our backyard is difficult to access but he told us if we removed 3 fence panels, he could get his equipment in (and that’s exactly what it took). When we called to book the appointment, we got one quickly. The crew arrived on time, they were friendly and worked like a well-oiled machine. It's nice that the crew uses headsets so there wasn’t any shouting. They were able to work around 2 little trees that were in their way because we wanted to keep them. The tree was down in no time and they cleaned up the yard before leaving. It was a very positive experience, and we would use them again should we need another tree removed.
