Allegro Painting is AMAZING!!! Frank is a true professional and the quality of his work is outstanding. He stained our new railings and posts and they came out GORGEOUS!!! He and his crew also changed doors, doorknobs, molding and painted everything including the walls. They were here on time every day and cleaned up each evening. These guys are sketchy, two guys show up in an unmarked van with no branding or anything and start poking around my HVAC. Takes one look and says I have mold and this isn’t a $350 job but a $1525 job. They tell me unless I get this cleaned right away it could cause breathing issues, lung cancer etc…They say they can get started right away. WAIT A MINUTE!

I had watched videos on YouTube of duct cleaning scams and this was definitely it. No name HVAC cleaning companies doing a classic bait and switch. So I told them no thanks.

You have to hire a licensed professional from the National Air Duct Cleaning Association (NADCA). They are certified in mold removal and uphold a high level of integrity. I found Air Duct Cleaning Solutions, LLC and they agreed to come clean the mold and entire HVAC system for $525. They used a mold killing fog to first kill the mold and then vacuumed every single duct and vent.

Please be careful with these guys, maybe they do a good job, maybe not but this type of bait & switch is wrong and using scare tactics like lung cancer are downright unethical.

Frank does an excellent, high quality job every time. I am in an old home now and the walls were in terrible shape. Frank made them look like new and did the little extras to make the work look truly finished. He and his crew are also a pleasure to have around and clean up at the end of each day.
