Very unhappy. I had a problem with my air conditioner and they came to service it and they said they fixed it but they didn’t. They came back 8 days later and the serviceman said the first guy did not check the whole thing. ( they are saying he didn’t say that) yes he did and he then fixed something else. They charged me for two visits when it should have been done the first time. Then they had to come back again because it still wasn’t working properly. Now it finally is. They should have fixed it the first time

Just want to give a big 👍 to the crew that installed my new furnace today. Alliance should be extremely proud of the team they’ve put together. The guys were awesome. They worked hard and when they left the place was immaculate. Everyone from the receptionists, to the maintenance and sales teams and the installers are top notch. I have used Alliance Heating & Air Conditioning for almost twenty (20) years. Never has “Di” failed me. Not once. He kept the maintenance checks twice a year and repaired items when needed. I served thirty-one years in the Army as an officer. I’m a 100% Disabled Veteran. I know how to appreciate a person who is professionally qualified to take care of others with their skill sets. “Di” is that person. You can count on him to be honest and trustworthy with your home or business.

With the colder weather we were suddenly surprised with no heat in the house. Alliance was great all around, from the office staff answering the phones to the technician who came to our house. I considered that an emergency service call and they were quick to respond. The technician was professional and knowledgable. Our gas valve failed in our gas furnace. He had a replacement part with him which meant a quick repair and heat in our home. I would recommend this company to friends and family anytime.
