Paul from All-Star Plumbing, Heating & Cooling was superb! I had a nightmare situation with a basement flood because of recent storms, and my sump pump overflowed along with breaking its switch. Paul came over that same day, changed the switch, assessed the pump, and verified it was working correctly after the repair. He was transparent about pricing and super descriptive about everything he was doing. I highly recommend him!

This company is professional, fair prices, and really amazing. We needed work on our old boiler system. We aren't quite finished yet but we got two new oil tanks, the ones that were had were from 1975! Paul is so pleasant to work with. I also had a dryer vent that needed to be created, our system serviced and a leak under a bathroom sink. I got referred to this company by my oil supplier. The knowledge Paul has is astounding in all things of this. He is patient and will explain everything that you need and save you money by being honest as to what you do not need. Professional and full of integrity we are so happy we found this company!

Paul is the best, what a breathe of fresh air!

After a horrible experience with another local heating repair company who refused to stand behind the parts and work they put into my heating system I called Paul on 8/30/22 when our hot water stopped working.

He was able to diagnose the issue as being the tankless coil over the phone based on the information I gave him and quickly ordered the required part. Two days later he was already out to make the repair and I was highly impressed by his level of knowledge, positive attitude, and patience with answering my questions. You can tell Paul has a ton of experience and his ability to explain what’s going on to someone with very little knowledge of boilers put me at ease.

I will be calling Paul for all future maintenance and service needs as the previous company only cares about squeezing as much money out of you as possible and doesn’t properly do the maintenance. I would highly recommend All-Star Plumbing, Heating & Cooling to anyone who wants a professional, knowledgeable, and friendly experience.

A piece of wood dropped a log on my fuel oil tank filter. It damaged the joint and started leaking fuel oil into my basement. I called Paul from All-Star, and he rushed over and fixed my tank.
