The lock smith went above and beyond. He explained the difference between a smart key and a proximity key. My audi s5 has the slot you can put the fob into. but you can also just leave the fob in your pocket and press the button.

I would give six stars if I could! I recently was dealing with the issue of my one and only car key breaking in half, and every locksmith I called or visited could not help me or was completely out of my budget.
Rob was a lifesaver and honestly the best EVER because he solved my issue within minutes- and this was a weeks long issue he finally resolved for me! It was fast, efficient, and Rob did everything he could to make sure I left with a key at an affordable price.

Super sweet worker ! They didn’t have my key but they went ahead and ordered the ones I needed !! It was super quick not even 3 minutes and I got a free keychain 🙂 highly recommend! And less than $7 for 2 keys can’t beat that !!!
