I want to say thank you to Alyeska Homer, specifically assistant manager Jon Rudy for making things right. After a wheel debacle not from this location, he made sure follow through happened to make it right. Had been trying for over a year to get resolution and Jon and his team got it done. I’m lucky he didn’t fire me as a customer because I was a lot of work, but he was always kind and patient and said he just wanted to make the customer happy! He did!

We were in town with a rental car mini van that unfortunately picked up a piece of metal somewhere in our travels from Anchorage to Homer that resulted in a flat tire. We didn't feel great about driving around the rest of our trip on the spare because the rental's tires were pretty cruddy to begin with so we called around to find a place that could hopefully fix the tire the same day. Jon at Alyseka tires saved the day for us! They were very busy but we were able to drop off the tire and pick it up later in the day. Luckily the damage wasn't too extensive so they were able to repair it and for a reasonable price. Jon was courteous, professional and friendly!

After waiting a considerable amount of time and a good deal of coordination they refused to mount my tires on two separate vehicles within two weeks, encouraging me to buy their tires instead.

They also did not mark my tires, so I can not rotate them correctly.

Had a really bad experience today. Have had multiple bad experiences over the years but today solidified my never darkening their door again. Awful service. The man running the front has no customer service skills or motivation. Was told two hours for a simple tire fix. Hours passed (6) and finally as they were closing I was told that I was next. My invoice though, was already printed out as if the job were completed. He then disappeared. I decided to grab my key and leave. Will go elsewhere from now on. Please save yourself your hard earned money and GO elsewhere. Check Amazon for your tires before wasting it with them. Tiretown has its flaws but is better than this nightmare any day of the week. Don’t say nobody warned you.

I was on an 8000 mile road trip. I called three other tire shops earlier in the day in Anchorage and none could help me.
I pulled into Alyeska Tire in Homer with a nail in my tire a half hour before closing. I was going to put the donut on my car and leave my tire and pick it up the next day. They offered to get it done before closing, and worked right up to the buzzer.

Had a flat in my tire. Cost about $32 for the repair. Even mounted it back onto my vehicle for free! Also reset my vehicle tire pressure sensor, & put my spare back under my truck at no cost! Highly recommend these guys for your tire repair! Just plain old good business & customer service!

They were super friendly and helpful. We got a flat and they got us in right away, filled up our spare, and then mounted the repaired tire, putting the spare back in its spot in the trunk. They gave us a discount for wearing a mask too.
