2018 When I first moved in the yard was was not taken care of. Lots of ant hills, different kinds of weeds more than grass, bare spots, crab grass, and grubs. We hired Lawn Science because we have 3 dogs and wanted a safer way to treat the grass. We have used them for 4 years now and had them seed just the front lawn and after a lot of flower gardens by me and lawn science treating the grass I counted be happier. Everyone that I have encountered from lawn science has been very friendly, professional and informative. The pictures say it all!

Lawn Science small business owners were great. Used this company for about 8-10 seasons. These pictures taken after they serviced my lawn on a brutal hot day. Barely even an apology for the way they left my lawn. They told me not to worry it would grown back. Not sure who the new managers are but they could have cared less. Least they could have done was apologized and credited this particular service. Would not recommend.

We have been using lawn science for about 7 years now. We do the lawn program annually as well as landscaping and mulching needs. They also installed a beautiful patio with granite steps. Our grass is the greenest in our neighborhood! Their communication is excellent. Always let you know when they’ll be arriving, work efficiently, and outcome is always beautiful. Will continue to use for many years!

My lawn took a pretty bad beating a few years ago with home projects and contractors on it all summer long. I didn't even know where to start the process of getting my grass back. I talked to some of my neighbors who had been great results and they recommended that I call Lawn Science, present my questions and see if they had any answers.

Not only did they answer the phone immediately, but they were patient with me while I asked all the questions that had been weighing on my mind, but they were able to answer them all as well as explain their process to achieve what I was looking for.

They sent Pete out to my home to get a first hand look at the issues. He contacted me ahead of time, and showed up on time and prepared for the visit. He assured me that there was hope and although it would not be instant that if I adhered to the program that the results would follow.

We signed up for a program for the remainder of that season, and then purchased slice seeding for the worst areas that fall. Throughout the process everyone from the field technicians to the office staff at Lawn Science kept me informed and on schedule.

The seeding worked great and I have been on an annual program ever since. My lawn looks better now than it ever did before the damage. I now recommend Lawn Science to all my friends, neighbors, and coworkers, because I know they will be treated great, and the results are worth every penny.

American landscape replaced a walkway for us last Fall, we love it!! Aaron and his team were very professional throughout the whole process. They showed up on schedule and worked diligently until the job was complete. They even raked out my mulch bed which was not part of the contract. My husband and I were very pleased with their work and attention to detail. We have recently signed up with Lawn science this season as well and cant wait to see the lawn improve on the program. We will definately use them again in the future if we decide on additional landscaping.

Lawn science replaced another lawn service that did not make my yard look acceptable to us. Lawn science did an analysis and delivered a plan to return our grass to the look we wanted. Plush, no dandelions, no grubs etc. Always on time and professional. Very pleased with the service. Several other neighbors have switched to them.

Been with them 5-6 years - very pleased. I like their organic approach and 6 applications under the All American plan. They reseeded back yard after large trees were removed - grass looks great and have since recommended to 2 others who also joined in the program. When a unique weed invaded they were there to irradicate it. Especially like the email before the service day so I can mow the lawn prior to the application.

Maybe others have had a great experience with this company, I did not. Tried them for 3 seasons and my grass looks worse than before I started the service and worse than others in my neighborhood that don't treat with anything. Weird. Every year they can't control some weird crab grass type weed that I get every late June. Every year I am told the same thing: "it's the weather" or "your soil is to this or to that" . Ok, so I did what they advised with watering and even putting down lime several times. Still looked like absolute crap. The final straw was the grub damage this year. I get that grub applications aren't a guarantee that you aren't going to get some grubs here and there, but I had several areas that were so bad my grass literally is destroyed. So now, after paying them, I have to pay to treat and kill the grubs and repair the damage with new seed. Ridiculous. I called them about this days ago. Someone named "Meg" was to call me back. Didn't hear back from her after 2 days so when I received notification that I had a service call scheduled, I called to cancel it and was then transferred to Meg. Was told Steve or Chris would call me; 3 days later, still no call so I called to cancel the service altogether and told Meg I wanted an explanation of how this damage could be so bad with having a treatment in June. I sent pictures and Chris called me shortly after. Didn't have much to say at all, was rude, condescending and couldn't have cared less. Very short with me and when I called him out on it, he told me he was "trying to be patient" ARE YOU KIDDING ME This is their idea of customer service I was not rude with him at all and was just looking for answers! Treating me like I was a bother, total jerk. Well, I will be sure to share my experience with the many, many neighbors in my neighborhood that also use this service.
