Aspen Green at Simsbury is one of the best & new apartments in the Hartford area. I've living here for 2 years. The apartment is quiet (not noisy) and clean; maintenance staffs are quick to respond; day care is at a walking distance, and paved walking & cycling trails passes by the apartment.

We had a great experience at Aspen Green! We lived here for about a year and a half. The leasing and maintenance staff were very helpful and prompt with our requests. The cleaning staff for the common areas and the gym were excellent. Having allergies to dogs, we greatly appreciated the dog-free buildings. We recently moved out as we purchased a new home. We highly recommend Aspen Green!

We lived here for three years. At first we were so excited. We loved the space, and the leasing office seemed so great to work with. I’m so happy we moved.

If you do decide to rent here and want/have a dog, take my advice: ask whether your building is dog-friendly. These people lied to us. We were told it was a dog-friendly complex only to learn later when we were about to adopt that our specific building was not allowed to have dogs.

We were not given a reason, which is unsurprising because the office doesn’t communicate clearly with residents. The staff isn’t mean. They’re just kind of there and only want to talk when they want money or want to complain.

Maintenance was a huge issue. We would request help with an issue and get no response for weeks. Sometimes we had to wait for them to come for their routine work and point out our issues we had called about while they were in our unit.

The balconies were covered in spiders. Parking was awful most of the time. The walls were thin. The leasing office didn’t do anything to make the complex feel like a community. It just became a place to sleep. It wasn’t a home. Really disappointed after being so excited to live there. We are so much happier in our new place.

Aspen Green is a wonderful place to live and the leasing/ maintenance staff is very pleasant to work with. When we moved out recently our security deposit was returned in full. We were looking for a bigger place and the 3 bedroom town home was not available at that time so we had to move and bought a house. We will definitely recommend Aspen Green.

Since I have moved in it's been great. I have never lived in an apartment before. I have, however, been a property manager down in Wilmington NC for 15 years. I have seen a lot of apartments. The amenities, floor plans & staff. These are the best when it comes to floor plan design, detail & comfort. I love where my apartment is located. The staff has been great. They are friendly, helpful & quick to respond to any problems. I have leased up properties in the past. This is no easy task. Dealing with construction, timing of move ins & having unhappy new residents is very difficult but the staff seems to be doing an excellent job in handling the situation. I am planning to stay here for a long time & have confidence in your company & staff to make this a great experience for me. Thank you,

I have recently moved in this community. It is a beautiful, calm and quiet place to live with family. I am happy to have made it here. Also a special thanks to Seema at the leasing office for her kind and friendly gesture throughout the entire move-in process. Also thanks Bhavika, also from leasing office for your regular follow ups before our move-in ensuring a smooth transition. The maintenance team here at this property are prompt to address the requests.

Management, specifically the property manager Seema, was very unpleasant and not helpful. I lived there for 4 years and saw a noticeable decline year after year. There was no follow through on their own policies outlined in their lease which made for an experience where residents felt like they were secondary, if that. Oh and they’ll also take your security deposit without conclusive evidence and refuse to discuss the matter. I tried discussing the issue with Seema who refused to help and referred me to someone at Garden Communities who apparently didn’t exist. I left numerous voicemails with multiple people at Garden Communities and not once did I receive a reply. $500 stolen. Living here is not worth the headaches.

Amazing experience! Beautiful and peaceful community with wonderful Mountain View. Seema in the office was a delight to meet and made us feel welcomed. She is courteous and willing to help all the time. Office visits are always pleasant because of her positive attitude. It has made my experience much better here. I recommend this property, in fact I endorse it!
