Always lovely customer service here and a clean and well stocked store. I went in to get the battery on my car’s key fob replaced and Bethany and Finn both went out of their way to help me! I had no idea how to open my key fob or what battery I needed. Not only did they find the correct battery, they even took out the old one for me and installed the new one. They were super nice and went above and beyond for me. I’m not sure what they get paid, but it definitely should be more for their knowledge and expertise.

I stopped in for paint and to have a couple of keys made. An associate, Bekka, helped me. She was so nice, positive, knowledgeable, and helpful. I actually asked to speak to the manager to let them know how wonderful Bekka was. Great job!

Although the order hadn’t been processed yet the associate directed me where to park and loaded my car right up. Very easy! And I got a discount for using the order for the first time.

I went into the store today unaware that a massive redesign was in progress. I could not find anything I wanted, nor could the young man who tried to help me. One item in particular I was told was temporarily put away and could not be brought out for sale. WHY NOT CLOSE THE STORE TEMPORARILY UNTIL THE REMODEL WAS FINISHED? I found my items at a competitor down the street and had a $2.00 reward off of my total as well. Will be avoiding this store for a while.

Well stocked hardware store. Has the basics. Priced on the higher side, but it’s better than to drive out of town to Home Depot. Seeing Oliver the cat is always nice. Leashed dogs welcome, workers always friendly.

I ordered online with 'ship to store'. My order came in fast & because I couldn't get there right away, they held it for a week. Service in the store was great. One thing to note, though, is that as of 8/4/23, Google still finds their old address in the Big Y plaza. I'd suggest calling ahead for their new address.
