I have taken several of my shirts and a suit there, I was amazed by the quality of their service. They don't just clean but they put collar stands in the collar of the shirts which gives them a just bought look. I also love the way they roll my French cuff shirt, I just have to put on cuff and go. They have won me as a customer.

I took 2 pair of pants for alterations mid September 9/17/24. Susan told me 2 weeks. They had my items for a month. Each time I called I was given the excuse "we had to send them to Winter Haven". After having to demand my items, "Susan" claimed I would be given a discount at that time of pick up. 10/15/24 When I arrived to pick up my items, Susan denied being who she was and no discount was given. After leaving with my items, I called and asked for a # for the owner to file a complaint about the horrible service. Susan answered the phone claiming the owner was out of the county and immediately hung up on me. THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!!!! Will NEVER TAKE ANOTHER PIECE OF CLOTHING TO THEM For ANYTHING!!!

I would do negative stars if I could. I called first thing this morning and asked them to press my son’s Marine Uniform they said no problem. Pick it up at the end of the day. We will call if there’s any issues. I just went to pick it up and the manager decided not to do it and to leave early and no one called me. I expressed how time sensitive this was beforhand and they said not a problem. I am utterly disappointed at this moment. There’s no one in charge to say what happened besides the manager was pissed and left for the day!!! Wth

Update: Next Day
I realized after being home they also didn’t include his belt for his jacket. I was so upset when I called as my son was suppose to already be on his way to the airport. The manager apologized and had her delivery driver bring it to my house. I am still upset at the level of disrespect to the uniform but I’m grateful she saw she was in the wrong and tried to rectify it

I took my clothes to Bartow Dry Cleaners and ask for heavy starch.When I went to get my shirts 1.) Something had been spilled on my pink polo.2.) No heavy starch. And when I brought this to their attention they were very rude and told me to leave when I ask to speak to the owner .I will never go back there and I spend over 500.00 a month on dry cleaning. Susan was drinking because I could smell liquor on her breath and told her i did of course she denied it. Susan your very rude and unprofessional.

I've been using petersons Cleaners for about 6 months now, I always take my husbands Sunday suits up to have dry cleaned, The staff is always very friendly,and mrs.susan usually makes sure i am taken care of,shes got such a great sense of humor and makes me laugh everytime! Highly reccomend

Staff has been rude on several occasions. Was asked to stand in drive-thru line behind cars due to they were closing early and didn’t want to open doors. Items have not been ready a day after ticketed pick up time on multiple occasions. Request to address concerns on shirt while in their care were not addressed. Staff was aggravated when asked to pin sleeves as normal stating, “the person that does that is busy.” I called and asked for a call from owner and was told that owner only comes on Wednesdays. I restated that my request was for a phone call. Vanessa told me she would “try” to call owner. I expressed I didn’t understand “I’ll try”. Vanessa spoke over me and said, “ have a nice day” and hung up.
Vanessa called back saying a manager would call me, I expressed my request was for the owner as most staff has been unprofessional on multiple visits. Vanessa, said “God bless you” and hung up again. Customer service is seemingly dead here. This post serves as my decision to do weekly business elsewhere, primarily due to Vanessa has posted a review defending staff, rather than responding to customer reviews to propose a means to better CUSTOMER service.

Been using this establishment for 23 years and unfortunately it has gone down. I've experienced the same customer service, but the last dress I had cleaned they lost. When they finally found it and ingot it home, it stunk like it had never been cleaned. Since they are the only game in town, I'm willing to drive out of town.
