I just want to clarify that the installation provided by this company was very good, as Joe Cirritto was the owner for installation services. The actual maintenance services of my mini-splits were extremely overpriced, and we were upcharged twice for the maintenance services. The upcharge was because the technician had to go on a ladder to clean my mini-splits, so it took longer, an extra 1.5 hours on top of the annual service maintenance fee of $199.00. What mini-splits do not require a ladder for service? We also were charged close to $300 last year when technicians came to our house to inform us that our room was too humid, resulting in the heat from the mini-split to cause the cold wall to sweat. After we complained of the upcharge, we were told to find maintenance services elsewhere. I recommend using JC Heating and Cooling for installation, but advise against BC Heating and Cooling for any services due to additional costs/fees that are quite ridiculous

They tried to charge me for over five hundred dollars in parts in labor that didn’t I didn’t need. I asked them if it could be my thermostat they said no and tried to charge me for more labor and parts I didn’t need. I kicked them out and it turned out to be a simple wiring problem with my thermostat. DO NOT TRUST THEM. Do your research. Now I use Eric Sabo he is great and honest and actual teaches you how to use your furnace and problem solve.

I had to call this company to do and estimate on my 75 year old moms mobile home furnace. The (last company) Told her she would need a new furnace. CB came into her house, with all the COVID-19 precautions. They fix the problem they did a good cleaning and they charged her a very reasonable price. They told her if she maintains this furnace it will last years to come. They wiped everything down before they left my mother felt very comfortable. This company is honest, clean and friendly. She was lucky to find them.
