The Bike and Ski Loft at Beemun’s is a real asset to our community. Mark and Brian are expert mechanics who do great work and provide sound advice. We rented Fat Bikes from Beemun’s and had fun riding on Kenai Beach. The variety store has all kinds of crafty stuff and candy.

Awesome shop! Two bolts on my bike rack came off during my bikepacking adventure. So happy that the bike loft was here. With the help of a nice couple I was able to hitch a ride to the shop. Two awesome fellas set me up with new bolts, and cleaned + regressed my chain to get me rolling again. Wonderful service.

I went there to see if I could have a pair of boots cleated so that I did not have to strap cleats onto these boots because it's quite difficult. I was able to have it done in a matter of 15 to 20 minutes. This was great service as well as doing things locally.

Nice to have a real bike shop in the area. Have been purchasing bikes for the whole family here since 2001 or so. The shop is awesome and the techs are great. I’m a former road racer so I’ve never bought cheap department store bikes. Spend a little more and get a bike that will last and be much more enjoyable every mile. They sell good brands and back them with service and accessories. We just bought our 7th Trek in 22 years and they have all done very well.

My wife and I have decided to start cross country skiing. We went to Beemun’s today and met Mark in the bike/ski loft. We explained our intentions and needs, and Mark guided us through the different options for skis, boots, poles, and bindings. He was extremely knowledgeable and we were really impressed that he didn’t try and up sell us. We had a great experience buying our gear. We’ve come to know we’ll receive great service from the associates in the bike/ski loft as we had a similar experience buying our bikes a couple years ago. Beemun’s has great customer service with a wide variety of gear and apparel.

My autistic kid keeps bringing their bike in there almost every ride. They keep charging them to fix the same problem over and over. Shes $500 and 3 years into a $40 fix. They’ll upsell you tires then badmouth the tires when you come back. Say “you wore them out” with less than 20miles of riding. Very immoral practice
