As a newbie to owning cars, I had spent the last two years getting ripped off by dealers on basic maintenance services. It wasn’t until I stopped in to Big Brand in Santa Ana, where I finally felt like I found a service shop that genuinely cared about their customers and were honest about the required/recommended services.

The manager, Phil was very helpful and had a vast knowledge about cars in general. He helped me with the oil change on my Jeep, and took the extra time to examine and rotate my tires, and gave great recommendations for when I need to replace my wheels, which I really appreciate. Proud to say Big Brand in Santa Ana is my go-to car shop!

I have found my new mechanic shop! After a long weekend of trying to do repairs myself on a 2008 Nissan, I was left frustrated and defeated. I googled shops around the area because my previous shop would not accept outside parts (I had already spent 330$ thinking I could do this job myself). I spoke to Phil over a 2 day period and explained what I had been through. He took the time to acknowledge my concerns, explained what he could do, gave me fair pricing, and continued to be communicative throughout the process. I highly recommend this shop for any repairs.

We were on our way back home from visiting family out in the area and something hit under our car and bent and partially pulled off the metal shield plate underneath so it was dragging.
This was the nearest auto shop and they took us right away on a Sunday morning and got it off for us, even gave us advice on what to purchase and what needs to be fixed when we got home and didn’t charge us.
It’s not often you come across honest and kind service in the auto industry but they were amazing. So helpful and so kind, I would definitely go back there in the future if I find myself in the area and in need of car service.

I went recently to fix a tire that had a nail. It required a new tire so I decided to change all 4 tires. They delayed finishing the work to try and upsell almost 3K worth of work. When I picked up my car, my key fob lock button was completely broken like they had used a pen or screw driver to activate the lock. Nothing was said to me about this. Very dissatisfied. I won't go back and wouldn't recommend this to anyone.

My car needed a new tire right away because of a sudden and unexpected low pressure issue on one of my rear tires. These guys had the inventory, pricing and service team I needed to get the problem fixed and get back on the road within an hour. It was unbelievable. Outstanding service and great value! I highly recommend Tony and his team for their honesty and quality of care and will be buying my next tires from here from now on. Thanks guys for a great experience today.

I stopped by yesterday to get my tires rotated, expecting to get charged for labor of at least $30.00. Phil obliged at no charge! I then offered him a tip but he kindly refused.

I hope to be back again as I would love to give them my business.
