Recently had my brakes, rotors and calipers done by Big Dog Custom 4x4 and couldn't be happier with the turn out. The staff was friendly, helpful and accommodating. These folks are wonderful. They know how to give excellent customer service and will work until the job is done. They care about people and closely looked at our diesel when getting it ready for a cross-country trip to make sure it was safe.

There were no hidden fees, no padding of the bill.

Good Christian folks who help people and bill less than they could have because of the situation.

We cannot say enough positive comments. If you want quality work, honest people, straight shooters, and people who keep their word...this is your place.

Very welcoming atmosphere and super friendly folks. We won't ever take our diesel anywhere else.

Amazing service, friendly help on the phone and quick diagnosis at the shop without feeling pressured into costly repairs. Fair labor rates and really cool dogs behind the counter! This is the shop for daily drivers you cant afford to have down.

First issue fixed was not the main problem, after an expensive repair i was very nervous that this "Gremlin" was going to be the death of me no one i know of is made of money. They were very willing to work with me on the repair and find ways to help mitigate the cost. think i only paid for the part on the second visit.

Second repair did not fix the issue, and like most consumers i was wary and very let down that my truck was still broken. With the great customer service given i felt confident that i wasn't being taken for a ride but after two repairs anyone would have that question. However every part replaced needed replaced and was the cheapest option at that point in the diagnosis.

The way their whole team gathered around my truck after i came back the third time was a show of force and really awesome to see, they took it personal and wouldn't stop until they had found what was causing the issue. Hope to update this soon with the great news i'm back to driving my daily beast without issue.

8/12/19 update truck is back to running smooth. Shop charged for the parts but worked the labor for free since it was always the same issue repeating over the course of these three fixes. Great shop!

Matt at big dog went out of his way to help me, no other shop wanted to touch my truck. It was just a diesel engine rebuild. Every one else would not rebuild my engine but would only swap it. He is a family owned business, and his shop rate is one of the best ones in the area. I don't know about this other review, but He does ask for money for the parts up front. But he is a small shop, family owned. I can see why he would. I give them a 5 out of 5. He has gone for bat for me, and out of his way to help me.

If I could give less than 1 star I would. I was over charged for everything. But my biggest problem is I went to get my front u joints changed and left with abs code and 4 wheel drive not working or cruise control. They said they knocked loose the sensor which that shouldn't have happend you don't knock the axel loose unless you're changing hubs they should've used an impact and turned the wheel but they said the only way to fix it was if I bought th3 part and paid for the labor on something they messed up. Which is not okay they gave me a price of almost 2500 to get those changed but everyone else priced me 680 labor included. Either way they should have fixed the mistake they made. DO NOT TAKE YOUR VEHICLE TO THIS PLACE
