Mike the owner of Big Dog Mechanical LLC, wow where to start! After having some trouble with a combi boiler, I receiving his number and gave him a call, he picked up right away and was very professional over the phone and in person. He stopped by and assessed my situation and sent his Guy the following day to do a new install. Mike understood my situation because this boiler was for one of my units. The installation was quick and professionally done! Thanks to Mike and his guys the boiler was up and running in no time. Even after the install we stayed in contact because I had any questions. Mike you definitely earned my business and recommendation going forward! Thanks Mike!

I can not recommend Mike from Big Dog Mechanical Services enough. I called him in a pinch because my hot water heater malfunctioned and needed to be replaced entirely. Mike was extremely straight forward, honest, and told me exactly what I needed to know. He also let me know how other companies were trying to add unnecessary services to make their jobs bigger and more costly. He took care of picking up the replacement tank and installed it the next day. I was completely blown away by his professionalism and how responsive he was with all my questions. I will be hiring Big Dog Mechanical from now on for all my maintenance and repairs. Call them, you won't be disappointed.

Our management company has been working with Big Dog Mechanical for years, and recommend them so highly. Their team is personable, down to earth, and very knowledgeable. They are quick to respond to a job, and are always respectful of a tenant’s space. Instead of completing the job and walking away, they do a great job explaining to us and the tenant what repair was needed, that it’s been completed, and then test it with a tenant to confirm it’s completed. We look forward to working with them for many years to come.
