Ive lived here for a little under a year and this has been such an awesome spot. Whole community is gated off which makes it safe for kids to play and walking my dogs without having to stress about cars coming in and out. Daryl the property manager has been very helpful from the move in process to any requests I made as a tenant. The area around gas some great local spots for food and our actual apartment has been a very nice, affordable, and comfortable spot to stay in. Would definitely recommend this spot to anyone looking for nice apartments in the biscayne area

LOVED living in this community. Neighbors are very kind and considerate, never had complaints of noise. Very clean property and maintenance repairs are timely. Enclosed area to walk my dogs and no need to worry about cars. 10/10 recommend, only moving because of a job.

Daryl is amazing Property manager that makes the process so easy and fun. Daryl is very helpful and most importantly he cares about what he does and it is visible in his communication and follows up. Nowadays it is very hard to find people who are passionate and care about what they do and Daryl is one of them. My moving in process was smooth and easy, Daryl made sure I was informed about all aspects of community, including the resident portal,work orders, parking ,utilities etc. Thanks to Daryl It makes me feel safe and nice knowing that he is a property manager at my new place.
