Great experience working with Denny on the purchase of a Bobcat tractor. Previous rental complaints do not do this business justice. Denny was very responsive and gave me the best deal. I should have gone here first instead of wasting my time looking at other manufactures and dealers. Customer service and the dealership both get 5 stars. Highly recommended!

Emailed to inquire about a tractor listed online. Got a fast response from the sales dept (Denny) and even responded off hours on the weekend to another question. Arrived monday to have the unit already out front for me to see. Explained all the functions of the tractor thoroughly and made purchasing incredibly easy. I'll def recommend this dealer to anyone I know looking to buy equipment.

Went there on Friday and got some parts, they had to get a part from another location. Part came in on Wednesday, Went to pick the $3 part up and was charged $21 shipping, the part was smaller than a dime. You think that was the only part they shipped from their other location? I told them I could have ordered the part online cheaper. The attitude in the parts department is really bad. Parts manager should make sure customers are treated better than this.

I am not going to drop a one star review over this but I hope you can correct this problem in the future. My wife and I went in to buy a zero turn mower we looked at online and we were asked if we were from Delaware or Maryland. We said Delaware. We were told the sales person was not in. So I asked what the price was for the on in the showroom that we wanted and we were told the price is with the sales guy. No one could give us a price or sell us the unit. In my opinion when people come in with the full intention to spend $20,000 plus on a mower at least someone should be able to do something.

I went in and ordered $18 worth of parts and got stuck with a $14.50 shipping for parts that got shipped from their own Warehouse. The parts themselves probably weighed less than a pound. They may be great at selling new equipment, but parts and service...not so much. This spring when I buy my skid steer, you can bet it'll be a Kubota.

I went in today to rent a trencher employee at the desk said how can I help you today I told him I wanted to rent a trencher he says well I’m kinda busy writing estimates can you come back later I said sure !! Took my business else where

Bobcat of Sussex staff were more than helpful in setting me up with the right machine for the task at hand, and at a great competitive rate. The machine itself was in safe, perfect working order, and clean when delivered to me. This is my second rental from them and I will be renting from them again!

I rented a backhoe from them and was VERY SATISFIED with their service, delivery, and product. Their Mahindra machine was clean, and their rental agent was nice and courteous. I will definately be renting again from them. What else can one ask for.
