Yet another amazing repair job from Bosco’s! As always I am impressed with the customer service and outcome of the job performed! Yet again I was met with complete honesty, I was able to ask questions and John was willing to answer my questions quickly and efficiently making sure I understood everything we talked about! They respected my property inside my vehicle and left everything in its place working around everything! I have not encountered an unfriendly employee there. I am always treated with respect and professionalism! Overall I would give this place a perfect 10 but as we all know it only goes to 5 lol

I’m sure I could say more great things about Bosco’s but I’m hoping you get my point! I highly recommend Bosco’s to anyone and everyone and recommend even if out of state or involving a little bit of a drive that this place is worth the travel especially with the reasonable pricing and overall great customer service!

Broke down on the highway and state police called Bosco’s to tow me at 7pm on a Saturday evening. The tow truck arrived promptly and Zach the tow truck driver / mechanic was fantastic. Arrived promptly, safely managed the vehicle and my daughter and I, and was extremely professional. Price was very reasonable and the service was exceptional. In that situation I always assume the worst and that since we are at the mercy of whoever is called I was prepared for an unpleasant experience with overly inflated cost. This was just the opposite. Very grateful to this honest, professional and quality operation.

They fixed this disaster and made the car better than new. After delivering the car on the back of a flatbed with the tow truck driver, they took over the process. They called me when it was done, I paid my deductible, and drove away. They make the process THAT easy.

I broke down today in West Hartford, Connecticut. I called Bosco‘s towing to tow my semi tractor. To the KENWORTH dealer in Enfield, Connecticut, not only did the driver show up very promptly and explained to me everything that he was doing. He was extremely careful with my equipment, very knowledgeable and very polite..And it was a rare pleasure to deal with someone who not only knows their business, but takes great care in handling their customers. Priorities I work for a large company in the Midwest and I will be advising them to use their services in the future for any possible needs and should be commended for his attention to detail very nice gentleman

Tommy is great! I had to have my van sliding door fixed - it came off track, and the door wouldn't open after I got it to close. My repair had to wait for parts (a whole 2 days) and my repair was done on one day! My door slides smooth as butter!

Reasonably priced, friendly staff, convenient location! I will definitely be back for future repairs (if needed).
