Un señor me atendió super mal, me hizo que quitara el carro del lugar donde me estacione de una manera para nada amable, para que luego él mismo lo supiera es mismo lugar, luego me dijo que no pasaba la inspección por una ventana muy oscura, por favor no vayan.

They did the 40,000 mile check up on my Jaguar XF and it was sooo much cheaper then at the dealership! Many things did not need attention as I keep up with them my oil changes etc. so instead of well over $500 it was less than 300.00. Pete has taken care of our cars for over 20 years . Honest and knowledgeable , he represents them really well. Highly recommend .

I usually have a good experience with these folks getting gas and checking my tires. However, on my last visit one of my tires was over filled by 7 lbs. I didn't notice it until two days later. I looked this up and this over filling is likely to cause a blow out. I think I will go somewhere else. I pulled in this afternoon to have them correct the problem and was told by the young Hispanic guy that they were closed. And he is the one who had overfilled the tire. It would have taken him 1 minute to correct the issue. He lost me as a regular customer.

Terrible ,Terrible phone etiquette/customer service. I called for pricing today and the lady on the other end wouldn’t let me get a word in because she kept rudely cutting me off to tell me I need to call back on Monday, because she’s closed and no one is there to repair a tire. If you’re closed then don’t answer the phone and if you’re going to answer the phone then have some level of professionalism when communicating with customers. Remember… it’s not what you say, it’s HOW you say it.

Went for an oil change and a few days later whilst driving to Alabama a loud scraping noise suddenly came from under the car. Discover that the aluminum engine cover underneath the car that would have been removed to drain the oil had come partially free and was dragging on the asphalt.

I managed to get it jammed back in place for the remainder of the trip and it didn't break free again. But the plastic covers and aluminum cover were badly damaged.

Upon returning to Houston, the guys at Briargrove Texaco apologized, explained how their techies missed fastening the cover back on and replaced everything. Added a free tire repair in as well.

This is the closest inspection site near my apartment. Visited twice the same day, once for state inspection and another time for fitting license plates. Everyone I interacted were super courteous and very helpful. The state inspection went very fast even though there was a line. Very, very pleasant experience.
