We had the BEST time here!! Burnett's Pollinator Park is an absolute gem for families and nature lovers! 🌼 The park is not only stunningly beautiful with its vibrant array of flowers, but it's also educational and engaging for kids. My children were thrilled to learn about the essential role pollinators play in our ecosystem through interactive exhibits and hands-on activities. The well-maintained paths and friendly staff made our visit even more enjoyable. It's a perfect spot for a family outing, blending fun and learning seamlessly. What a beautiful place! The main building has a tropical room full of houseplants, succulents, statuary and so much more. Nice wide aisles, bright and airy. Lots of trees and bushes outside. Flowers and hanging baskets are starting to get filled in. A bit of sticker shock on some of the more unusual plants like everything else these days! Great variety, staff was knowledgeable and very helpful.

Omg this place is so cool! We were originally on our way to the beach but we saw this place on the way and turned around to go in. They have a self serve slushie machine and bathrooms! They have a LOT of things to look at and some beautiful hydrangeas out back. Beautiful place and Amanda was helpful and came right up to us and welcomed us and helped us with questions. Will be back next time!

This please is huge and has a huge variety of garden based products. They have and incredible selection too. Teh staff are friendly and helpful withe what ever you may need. Also free slushies and lemon water at the entrance, how cool is that!

I had an awesome experience at Burnetts. I walked in not knowing anything about how I was going to tackle my side garden. An amazing woman (she wasn't wearing a nametag, otherwise I'd call her out by name) walked me thru all of the options of perennials they had in stock, and even helped me plan out my garden based on what I was looking for. Highly recommend! Pics are before and after.

It was very pleasant, it's a nice place to get a gift for pretty much anyone. There are a variety of plants, many of which are beginner friendly. However, the staff did not know what the little unnamed plant I bought is or how to take care of it

I really like this place. It has a great selection and the flowers are always beautiful. I actually went in because I needed help with a special plant holder my son made me. Couldn't really find a plant for it. The staff asked me to bring down the plant holder and they would take care of it for me. They called me and had planted a plant and even put a butterfly in it for me. I was so touched because they were so helpful and Know I struggle with my hands. My boyfriend and kids all get me plants from here. Just love them.

Just realized my thank you post burnettes never posted! Every spring and fall my grandma and I would head over to burnettes for all of our gardening needs...with her growing up in old lyme burnetts was her go to place for years even when I was a kid..my grandma raised me so she was more like my mama then my grandma so when I walked into burnettes alone for the first time to get flowers for her celebration of life I was visibly overwhelmed and honestly thinking of everything I could to just not break down and cry right there...one of the gentlemen came over and asked if he could help with anything... I had explained the situation and that I sent my husband the night before to pick up a few things but I needed a big red mum because it was my grandma's favorite. He was so helpful... we shared some stories and he helped me pick out my mums.. I went to cash out and he said nope you're all set...he said it was the least they could do for a loyal customer.. I don't feel like the words "thank you" do justice to how thankful I am for that employee and burnetts in general... thank you for all the beautiful memories, for making my first time walking in that store with out my grandma hurt a little less..for taking the burden off trying to figure out how to pay for everything during the hardest season of my life...my family will never forget your kindness and one day when I'm walking in with my grandkids ill tell them the story of how this place wasn't just a garden shop it was a part of our family for generations ...thank you again burnetts we appreciate you more then you'll ever know.
