I’ve lived in Soldotna, Alaska my whole life and never have I ever been so disappointed in car service.

Had a coolant leak, I told them about the seals, valve and tank I’d already replaced and added detection dye for them to find leak easily.

I paid them for a pressure test, and they said it was water pump seal so I paid for the parts and labor.

Next morning, full tank was empty into my driveway stained.

They charged me for a second pressure test, didn’t change a hose but cut back some rubber and re-tightened a clip and charged me that labor of course.

Next morning, full tank still emptied into my driveway again.

I am not going back to be charged another $120+ for a pressure test and labor for them to scam me. What a pitiful excuse for service.

Im a mechanic myself. i took my 1977 Chevy in for some warranty work on a transmission i had built that lost reverse
When i dropped it off, i told them my truck had never been in a shop before taking extra care of it because if they mess anything up, i will find it because i do all my own work
When i got it back they broke my drivers side mirror dented the front of the oil pan by not suporting the back of the engine and letting it drop and hit the engine cradle the then after that i went to ajust my rear brakes and found out they hadn't fully tightened my drive shaft strap it wasn't stripped it tightend up just fine
Finally, my exhaust hanger was ripped off, and my exhaust was hanging down and hitting my axel once again because they didn't support the back of the engine when the trans was out of the truck

Dishonest owner! Laid an employee off then when came back later to get his tools charged said employee with breaking and entering, impounding the tools and friends truck for evidence then all went to auction a month later without notice! Do Not Trust!

The owners and mechanics are top notch! The services they provided were not only conducted with the utmost professionalism, but they were also extremely fast, efficient and affordable. Honesty can be very difficult to find in a mechanic, especially when you're a female. They took the time to listen to my concerns, fully answered all of my questions and came up with solutions that were in the best interest of me and my vehicle. I can truly say if you want the best in customer service and work done right, this is the place to bring your business!

My husband passed away recently and me knowing absolutely nothing about vehicles took the truck into the guys for a tire switch an oil change. They were fast, efficient, and didn't charge an arm and a leg. Mike trusted them while he was here and I will continue to use them in the future.

2018 KIA Sorento Brake job. Rear calipers, pads, rotors. Front pads. In and out couple hours after scheduled appointment time. Not bad for Xmas week and had to order parts day before. Sub zero temps didn't slow down progress. Thanks for the efficiency and reliability and availability. I would use again. BTW $1300+ about normal for peninsula rates.
