This review speaks merely to the integrity of the associate driving this company vehicle. Parking in a handicapped spot with no plaque present(assuming they’re not handicapped) is a poor representation.

There are people who genuinely need these spots. This is literally outside of an Urgent Care Center.

I was truly impressed with the excellent job that Campbell cooling did installing our air conditioner. When I first set up an appointment they were the first company to come by, and had the most reasonable quote of two others that I considered, including Home Depot. In addition, the plan they came up with seemed to be the best for our home which was important since we live in an old colonial.

Once they began the job, they had it done within two days and it works excellently. In addition; we had no adverse effects caused by the fact that we have an old colonial.

Campbell’s highly professional attitude and clearly solid experience is greatly appreciated.
In addition, they made sure that we had exactly what we wanted in our system and went out of their way to make that happen. I highly recommend Campbell cooling and want to greatly think Michael Campbell and his crew for the superb work that they did.

Absolutely FANTASTIC service from Campbell Cooling! Spoke with Campbell, and they were out to the house next day and worked to fix my frozen AC line. Price was totally reasonable and the technician (Kevin) was fantastic! Could not recommend them enough to anyone looking for fast, and reliable service with fair pricing !!!

When you’re a customer of Campbell Cooling, you’re treated like family! They’ve replaced my hot water heater a Easter Sunday and never complained about having to work on Easter. Then when my furnace went of course Jamie came through again. Amazing work and great workers. Highly recommend them!

I wish I could rate them on their service, but unfortunately I never got that far with them. I had called on a Tuesday for an AC repair, and was told I was first on the list for the next day, and the tech would call when they were on their way. Wednesday morning came and went, and I called that afternoon to follow up. I had been rescheduled to the following day, but no one had notified me and if I had not called myself I would have never known.

I called first thing Thursday morning to confirm, and got a non-answer. Called again that afternoon, spoke to a different person who said she'd call the tech and follow up with me, and then never did. Called one final time, just to be told that they do not repair AC units that they did not install. This unit came with the house when I bought it, I don't know who installed it and I told them as much when they asked me when I first called on Tuesday. I could have called another company and had my issues resolved by now if they had been up front when I first called, now I lost two days due to their complete lack of communication or transparency.

My AC failed in the middle of a heatwave. I’m fairly handy but I couldn’t figure out the electrical issue. Jamie came out within hours, immediate identified the failed part and had a replacement in his truck. It was quickly fixed. Jamie was professional and a nice guy.

My central air system stopped working at 5:20pm on a Friday. A contractor friend highly recommended Campbell Cooling. It was after hours when I called and though I left a message with an answering service, which I was impressed the company had, I did not anticipate receiving a response until Monday. Less than 30 minutes later, I was speaking with Mike who was not only courteous and professional, but drove to my home to diagnose and remedy my AC issues within an hour. That level of service rarely exists now and being from the industry I can honestly say that I could not recommend Campbell Cooling more.
