Honestly, some of the people have been great. But wasn't a fan of the project Manager Matt. He was kind of arrogant. We had to reach out on multiple occasions and to get things corrected. Something a project manager should be able to see himself without customers having to point it out. On another note we have been trying to get this gap fixed for weeks and have tried contracting the project manager and have not got a response. We reached out to I believe the salesman Gerome and he has not been able to get any response from the project manager. It is getting a bit frustrating as our siding has been done for a few months now. If the communication and consistency were there I would've rated better. I want to note that Gerome has been amazing, but he can only get so far.

I filled out a request on Angi and these guys were on the list. They called, the woman was incredibly abrupt & had a bad attitude. I booked an estimate (she wouldn't really let me not do it) and then immediately messaged to cancel. They called the following week to confirm the spot i had cancelled days ago. I told them we are all set, that i cancelled it. They now will not stop calling me. Today someone called again...and again i said please stop calling we are all set and he HUNG UP ON ME.

MISTAKE TO HAVE EVER CONTACTED THESE GUYS.

I had them replace my roof with a lifetime roof! They completed the project in only one day and cleaned up thoroughly afterwards! Everyone at the company that I dealt with was very professional from the visit in-home with the advisor to the wonderful ladies in the office and the excellent crews that did the job I couldn’t be more pleased with the level of service that I received from Capital Construction.

This has to be a joke. Thought I was being punked. Got an estimate today for a siding replacement.. 75 % vinyl clapboard with 2 small sections of Hardie board. 1500 square feet total, not to include soffets. The estimate was 67,000. LOL ( plain saltbox style house, nothing complicated)
73 year old senior female here. Apparently they thought I had STUPID tattooed on my forehead.

Ron, our salesman was great as was the entire team when it came to communication. Communication before, during and after the job was completed was extraordinary. They kept us informed every step of the way and made sure we were happy after the project was completed. The quality of the work was excellent and the price fair. The only downside was that the installation construction crew were all Spanish speaking and only the crew leader spoke a very tiny amount of Spanish. I had to use Google translator several times to get my point across. That’s said they did a great job and cleaned up immaculately. Our garage roof looks great and I would highly recommend them.
