(note: ive had this device in my car for a long while. Car connection did not install it for me, but it had nothing to do with how the other place did it/the installation to make this clear!)

I have been coming to them recently for my sens-o-lock services due to being more in this area than where I was going to before. Today I had came upon an issue with my device what I and the crew thought it was going to be an easy fix. I had came down to have them take a look and they were optimistic as well on what the situation was. Turns out it was generally a technical issue with the device leading to not so good news. It was to the point where I would have to leave my car with them over night to fix the next day. I was very overwhelmed since I rely on my car a lot recently due to work, but it wasn’t their fault whatsoever. The crew then took the time to go through every option to fix it before it was last resort to leave my car. They truly went up and beyond to work on the issue (even if it was a few hours, I was willing to wait) they ended up finding a solution to completely fix the device and have me leave off the lot the same day! I can’t thank them enough for the time they put into to help fix my unexpected day. They were very professional on how they handled everything, even when I was given the potential bad news they were sweet and reasonable. They provide multiple services, but I wanted to take the time to voluntarily leave a good review since they took the time for me! Thank you.

I was having issues with the head unit. Ended up being a loose wire and a blown fuse. He was able to get it fixed pretty fast. I’ll probably come back if I need any other work. Thanks for the help!

They installed the remote started on my truck and it's stopped working, so I went to them so they could check what happened and they simply told me that they can't do anything. I must schedule an appointment with them to check and pay $85 per HOUR.

Installed intoxalock here and airbag light came on. Wont help me resolve . I actually own Euro Evolutions in Southington and can fix myself although I shouldn’t have too. And if one of my customers presented this issue to me I would’ve simply said let’s pull it in and give it a look. It’s called doing good business. Something this place cares nothing about

If I could leave no stars I would. I brought my car there to have the windows tinted it was around 6 and dark when he got done. The next morning I got in my car and noticed that now there's black finger prints and and a huge black line all in the interior of my roof. I called and explained what I saw and immediately he said it wasn't him and he was the only one working so it couldn't have been anyone else. I'm assuming a ghost must have done it.....when I find the ghost who did it I'll discuss it with them. The tints cost me 130 and two get my car cleaned amd shampooed if the black stuff will even come out it's gonna be 80+ dollars..waste of money and time and not to mention that's really bad for business. My advice don't go there because clearly they don't take responsibility for their mistakes. I'm disgusted that he literally won't take responsibility for this as if it just happened on its own. I asked to speak with the owner of the business. The man who did my tints (Chance) said he was the owner but the way he handled it I doubt it...and if he is I'm amazed he stayed in business this long.

I normally wouldn't do this but the guy on the phone really ticked me off. Granted, I set appointments three times that I missed as I am on call for work at any time and subsequently was called upon in the AM the day of all three appointments. I couldn't call to cancel as the business was closed at 4 in the morning.

I called yet again to set another appointment. The first thing I did was apologize for the missed apps and he greeted me with an attitude telling me he wouldn't look at it because I "blew him off". An uncalled for display of self entitlement; A dying business in this state where every customer should be viewed as a positive thing you would think my apology would have been enough. Even after telling the guy that I wanted to give my business to them and no one else he refused to look at my car. I even told him that my app was guaranteed as I made sure I took the day off for this exact reason.

Great guys for the most part and I know they do excellent work but this experience was unexpected and a real bummer.

I had tints put on my 2013 sonata and it came out Great , no bubbles no lines no scratches in the tint, I would have given 5 stars but there was some residual water on my seats just left to dry. Not a big e .I recently traded the car in and plan to get tints Done to the new car.
