Tyler was great, took time properly diagnose our air handler problem and describe the repair needed. Carmines is also following up on our warranty even though they didn't install the equipment. They are awesome.

Jared and his co-worker were both fantastic. They were extremely considerate of my home and very detailed about what they planned to do to diagnose the problem. In addition to resolving the issue, they increased the airflow through the vents to allow for better heat distribution throughout my home. For being only 22 and 26 years old, I was highly impressed by their knowledge and respect. It was a tell-tale sign that they are well trained at Carmine's and how important their customer service is delivered to their clients. Both these boys will do well in life! So happy for them.

Carmines has been servicing my home for 2 years now. Their HVAC expertise is wonderful and I never have to worry about my heating and cooling system not functioning, because they keep it running great. Their technicians are always courteous and knowledgeable. Caleb is great and is always on time and personable!

I’ve also had great experiences with John who has done plumbing work. The plumbing is always professionally done and looks great.

Jared did a fantastic job. Extremely knowledgeable and professional. Will definitely be using Carmine’s again.

Used them AGAIN to install a new heat pump and air handler. Great crew and amazing workmanship

3 months later and had an issue with the air handler. Was a manufacturer issue, not an issue with Carmines. Jorge came out and had everything fixed up within hours.

Tim was great! He worked quickly and very efficiently. He’s been out to my home a couple of different times, and always has a pleasant attitude. Every time I have to call and need a plumber I always ask for Tim if he’s available. He’s always my preference.

The technicians were very polite, but I was disappointed with the service. My relatively new AC unit stopped working, and the LED error code clearly indicated a failed pressure switch which I conveyed to the rep on my first phone call. This was overlooked in favor of a more expensive board replacement. After the board was replaced (by a different tech than the first visit), the error remained and the new tech quickly identified that the pressure switch had failed. If only there were signs, or perhaps an error code that could easily be deciphered, I wouldn’t be out over $1,000 for an unnecessary repair.
