Issue with a banging noise seemingly from boiler. Tech discovered ac system calling for both heat and cool at the same time. I suggested maybe one of the circulators failed as we have had this several times before and have the circulators on hand in case. Tech did not do any repair at all and there was no follow up attempt.

Exceptional service. I purchased the top of the line Carrier Infinity furnace about 11 years ago. There was, due to poor design, a potentially serious problem with the secondary heat exchanger. Carrier instituted an extended warranty plan that covered about 50% of the cost of replacing the heat exchangers in the event of a failure. Statistics seem to suggest you should get about 20 years use from a properly installed and maintained ultra high efficiency furnace. I got 11 years out of Carriers very best furnace. In the midst of covid, and during the winter, I had to contact many dealers in order to find one willing to do the repair. C&C stepped up and did a great job. Omar, in particular, was amazing. Highly recommended.
