This is the first time I used Celco Heating&Air but I can say say I'm very happy and satisfied with this company and the service they supply. From the first phone call all the way to the service technician whose name is Tom I am satisfied. Tom did a great job testing and troubleshooting and explaining what was wrong with the furnace. He said the company would reach out to my landlord and let them know the problem and how to solve it which will probably be getting a more efficient furnace because this one is 27 years old that is correct 27 years old. Thank you Celco heating and air conditioning and I hope to see you installing a new fuel efficient furnace in my apartment. Here is a picture of the Furnace right now in my apartment.

Have had excellent experiences with this company for maintenance, troubleshooting, and more. They are super responsive, show up on time (the earlier side in my experience), and I trust them with diagnostics and repair. Respectful, efficient, knowledgeable and take time to explain things. Shout out to Les who didn’t leave until he got my heat going, and Lorant who installed a new hot water heater today. I won’t be taking my business anywhere else.

It was our first time using Celco and we were ecstatic with the service. Bob was our service man and he was professional, kind, and friendly. We highly recommend Celco to anyone looking to begin maintenance service or for any repairs needed.

I called Celco for maintenance. I was informed that the price would be $230 for routine inspection. I spoke with Q McNeil and in fact he played me the recorded phone call of my conversion with the Celco representative quoting me the$230service. Celco did not send me any written material about the agreement. The service person came on time and was pleasant. He spent 40 minutes at my home. I received a Celco invoice for $780. They were billing me for $489 for current service to which they quoted me $230 and they also billed me for air conditioning service that was not scheduled but billed. I called and spoke to Q McNeil. He said they didn’t inform me that I had to pay for 2 units in my house not 1. Celco did the installation about 7 years ago and has my records. $489 for 40 to 47 minutes of labor is outrageous. No parts. It was an inspection and cleaning. I received No Report on my system in writing. It’s my opinion that $489 for 45 minutes of boiler service is outrageous and inflationary. If society wants to understand why we have so much inflation it May be partially from corporate greed.McNeil argued his service people have degrees like medical dr and attorneys spending many years in school. Nonsense. I will follow up and send a copy of Celco bill for further investigation. Who thinks $489 fir 45 burner inspection is a fair price ? I suggest that you watch your bills and know what you are being billed for. Don’t just accept the bill as accurate. Know your rights.

We needed to replace our furnace and Celco was extremely responsive and professional from start to finish. I appreciated being put on a waitlist for the installation so we could get it done as soon as possible. They even offered to bring us space heaters while we were without heat. The communication was great. Would highly recommend!

Update - I wanted to add to my review now that we have also installed our completely new HVAC system, which was completed without a hitch., along with some final pictures of our work with Celco. The new system is just light-years ahead of our previous system, and now we have a single 2-stage heat-pump outside that replaced our old condenser. The heat pump in combination with our new EcoBee thermostats, provide a lot of great control that further improve the efficiency of our heating and cooling. It comes on in stages, and generally heats / cools the house MUCH faster, using less propane than before. Also, our cool new mitsubishi mini-split in the theater came out *fantastic*. I was initially worried it woudl be problematic both noise wise, and visually, but the results speak for themselves. It looks great, and is nearly silent, while BOTH heating and cooling the space wonderfully, all using the exact same heat pump used for the rest of the house (i.e. there is no separate heat pump outside for this unit which is super cool and tidy). Lastly the outside of the mini-split was dressed so neatly with a white decorative conduit, you'd never even know there was something done outside. As before, Scott, Bob, Dan and Lorant, all worked together like a well-oiled machine to deliver top-notch results! Thanks again Celco for a great experience!

We had a time sensitive issue with our boiler needing a complete replacement, plus a poorly functioning HVAC system as well as a need to expand our AC to a new studio space in our home. Scott Basso designed a completely amazing system for us, and after we signed, he got an incredible team of professionals to replace the entire boiler system within 24 hrs. The end result is so well designed and executed, it looks like a work of art. Way more efficient, way more capacity, better use of the space we had. The team worked non-stop from 8am till 6pm and were extremely polite and professional. We couldn’t be happier with the entire arrangement. We still have to complete the HVAC system upgrade, but based on what we have already experienced, I can write this confidently to recommend anyone to give them a call. The reviews were what got me to them, and now I can see why others have reached the same conclusion. Great company, fair and competitive pricing, excellent workmanship. Without question, highly recommended.
