Really great service and knowledgeable team. They highlighted some issues with my car during an oil change and I have a mechanic in the family. They looked over the images Centric took and said they used sound judgment and gave a fair price. I also had my son with me and they gave him a little race car to help distract him while we waited. Such a nice team!

I’m still in shock over how much work my car required seeing as I go to dealership quite regularly but You guys came highly recommended so I’m trusting all this work was necessary. That being said your staff was kind, gracious & reassuring. My car seems fine.

I have never written a review of a business, but I wanted to, in hopes that at least one person would benefit from it. They charged me 2863.99 for minor work, that took them less than a few hours, got my car back and exactly 20 minutes later the same problem happened. They didn’t fix it. Not only that, when I went to pay, the guy told me it was more than we discussed. I showed him the agreement and he said “oh. Ok. It’s that amount then.” If I hadn’t been vigilant, I would have paid extra and he could have pocketed that. I called to tell them the problem wasn’t fixed, and asked if they could look at it again (one day later) and they said they’d be charging me an additional 200 assessment. And on top of that, they said “if it’s a new problem, you’ll pay more”. It was very very obviously the same exact problem. They either treated something minimal and totally different, or knew they didn’t fix it and were about to charge me again.

I recently had to have my car towed because it would not start and I was so glad I had it brought here. They were fast and professional. I had such great service I brought my car back when my moon roof was giving me trouble. I highly recommend bringing your car here if you want honest and kind service.

Ridiculously overpriced. $1900 when two other mechanics quoted me at $400. Asked him to break down the bid for me. He said $500 for labor $900 for part. I asked him how we got $1900 out of these two numbers and he proceeded to tell me that he would drop the price down to $1100. Deliberately trying to steal from people. Then I call the same Nissan parts distributer and is told the part is $189 that he quoted me $900 for. Don’t go here. Every other business owner in the same complex warns about not trusting them. Go see cal auto in San Marcos instead. Terrible service here.

Centric is the best. They have been there for me for years with whether an emergency or routine service. They are competitive, friendly and truly care. I consider them my extended family. I cannot recommend them enough. Thank you Centric.

We Had an emergency situation with our car and we needed a good, local mechanic for our Toyota hybrid vehicles. They are AAA approved. We had repairs done in a quick time frame. They were easy to work with, and we are happy to add them as our new mechanic for our cars. They even had my car washed for us too!
