I just want to call out this company for putting out an ad calling for people to buy the outdated R-410a systems that are being discontinued and are now illegal to sell. In case you do not know refrigerant systems are graded by the GWP (global warming potential) scale. The systems that use R-410a refrigerant have a GWP of 2088 well the new standard which is R-454B have a GWP of 466. This company is trying to push old toxic hardware that is outdated under its customers. If they had any kind of spine or cared about what they were doing they'd throw these toxic machines in the trash. Do better.

Contrary to their name, C&G One Hour also install A/C. They were very professional and courteous, planned the whole thing perfectly, and consulted with us along the way. They also finished up when they said they would!

I called after hours and spoke to a real person who was able to help me identify what help I needed. It was not an emergency so he took my contact info and said they would call me on the next business day. I got a call back at 8 am! The appointment was set for the next day and he arrived as scheduled. He was in a uniform with a company insignia and name tag. He was professional, calm, willing to explain what was going on through the process, and answered all my questions in a way I could understand. He gave me my options to resolve the problem and the associated costs up front. GREAT experience!!!

Mike showed up on time for the diagnostic visit regarding a problem with my furnace. He was polite, thorough, and engaging. I told him that I especially liked that the company sends an e-mail with his photo before he arrives, so that he can be identified immediately. This is an excellent way to make sure you're opening the door to the right person!
