Excellent! Very professional, clean, friendly and a very nice front office! From what I can tell, excellent work. They did excellent work. Very professional and neat and the even polished my headlight lens. At first I thought they had replaced both, it was that good! I’m going to see if they will paint my 04 Tacoma 4x4 for me! Check these craftsmen out before taking your paint and body work anywhere else.

I brought my 2015 Lexus RX350 which was scratched up on the rear passenger door panel and handle. It's not everyday that the owner of the shop, Chuck Charlton, personally handles the repair himself. Let me say, I was pleasantly surprised by his quality of work, honesty and customer service. It is hard to find honest people who charge a fair price nowadays. I couldn't be happier with the work he did and plan to use Charlton Body Repair for all of my future auto body needs. They are the best!

Our silver Jeep Grand Cherokee had some extremely deep, black scratches located on the back bumper that couldn't be buffed out. Chuck and Robert were extremely helpful about explaining the process of how they could fix it, and informed us that if they had to remove a certain part, the cost would be extra (we appreciate getting a heads up about that). They also warned us that due to the weather, there may be a slight delay on when our vehicle would be ready.

On the day they said it would be ready, we were happy to hear that it was. The bumper looks fantastic - you can't even tell there were ever any scratches/light dents there. If we ever need any kind of work like this again, we know we've found the place where they'll do the job right!

Very much highly recommended! Probably my new favorite body shop. I brought my car in for a repair after my bumper was hit and dented while it was parked. The person's insurance covered all the expenses. This place was recommended by the car insurance company because they have worked with them in the past. It was my first time at this shop and didn't have any expectations.
I took my car for an estimate and then brought it back a few days later for repair. The staff was very nice and friendly. They seemed to be honest, hardworking people who do not try to talk you in to purchasing or having any extra services done. They were very polite and thorough explaining the process on how the repair would go. Note that I got my car the SAME day as the repair, it only took a few hours. And when I picked it up, I was so surprised to see my car WASHED and VACUUMED. When I asked if they had washed my car, they said, "Yes, we always do." Best customer service and experience at a body shop thus far.

I took my car (MB GLA 250)to have some body work done.(I was referred by a friend) My experience was quite pleasant. The staff were polite & friendly. They did an EXCELLENT job! There was a slight issue with my car seat and they went above and beyond to correct the problem. They treated me with the upmost kindness and respect. I had to leave my car for a few hours, they wanted to know how I was going to get home, when I told them I was going to take an Uber…they said absolutely NOT. They brought me home. I had all intentions of taking the Uber back to the shop to pick up my car. There was a knock at my door to my surprise it was Chuck! I was dumbfounded. If I could give them 10 stars ⭐️ I would gladly do it. I highly recommend this shop for your car repairs. GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE! THANK YOU, Robert & Chuck and the very nice young lady that answers the phone!

Robert is awesome! I pulled up without an appointment. I haven't been able to get my car repaired and he not only made a call to the insurance company but had 2 employees hammer a part of the damage so I could at least open the damaged door to put groceries in and out until the party at fault talks to his insurance adjuster. Robert, I will definitely be back to get my car repairs after all "the red tape" at the insurance company is resolved.
