I had a sudden problem with my car on a Friday afternoon and called over to classic Coach Works. They said if I could drive it over they could have someone look at my car as soon as they were done with lunch. I got a call later that day telling me what was wrong with it, an estimate and when the car could be ready. The staff is really friendly and trustworthy. This is the first auto shop that I’ve felt I could trust as a single woman. They actually care.

If I owned this business, Lauren would be the exact employee I'd hope to have. She was extremely helpful and informative. I actually thought she was the owner at first, that's how great she was. I highly recommend giving them a call for your road-side emergency .

I appreciate the care and communication of the staff. I can explain my situation in which I might not be able to pay the entire bill. So, only the work that is imperative to take care of is done and I can pay that amount until I have enough money to do the entire job. I trust them not to take advantage, they are very fair and very honest.

I needed a tow for my truck. Otis from Classic Coach showed up in the big flatbed, and did an absolutely amazing job maneuvering the big rig around tight turns to get to my house, and climb my driveway which is steep, narrow and still had some snow on it. He was a real professional.

We got a flat tire on our way to Six Flags and Lauren was sent to help us out. We loved the service she provided us, she towed our car, got us to her auto shop safely and she did a great job fixing the tire. We had four kids with us and she made it a fun time! We felt very welcome and in good hands. Thank you Lauren!!!

My daughter was involved in a horrible accident on 84 a few weeks back when run off the road by a tractor trailer. (thankfully and most importantly, she walked away without serious injury)…
LAUREN AND ED FROM CLASSIC COACHWORKS AUTOBODY AND TOWING WERE EXCEPTIONAL!! They made an awful experience suck a little less with their professionalism and kindness. I am so thankful for all they did that day.
I also received a follow up call from Ryan at CCW about a week later, even though I wasn’t the financially responsible party which shows that they care about the people they serve.
Nothing but high praise for their business.

I would recommend these guys to anyone. I was rear-ended and injured over an hour from home. Lauren helped me out of my car and into the truck. She was very quick to get my car and myself off the highway. Took me back to their office where Ashley was pleasant and friendly. Lauren was gracious enough to stay with me after they closed for the evening until my wife was able to come and pick me up. The other drivers that would float into the office were friendly as well. I would recommend these guys to anyone. I hope I never need their assistance again, but if I do, I know they will take care of me with a level of professionalism and compassion that you would hope for in a time of need.

I called AAA for a tow as my truck broke a ball joint going over a speed bump. AAA sent Classic Coach Works and they were there with in a half hour! The driver Carl was very friendly and experienced. He was able to get my fully loaded truck on and off the flatbed without do any further damage. As the wheel was on a 45 degree angle. He was also able to back up my driveway then off to the side all in one shot. Exactly where I wanted my truck placed without getting out of the truck or any help from me. I also have used Classic Coach Works in the past for body work. On a classic car and they did a great job!
