We were in need of replacing our aging central a/c system. Paul was very knowledgeable without being pushy. He gave us a few options of replacing our existing a/c system. After comparing quotes with other contractors we decided on Climatech's heat pump system as it can also heat our house in the winter. With the tax rebates and rebate from eversource it was very comparable to replacing with a traditional a/c. We are saving over 100 Kw/month in the summer and fall. We understand that the electric will go up in the winter to heat the house but should be less than the cost of paying to fill up on oil 3-4 times a year. We plan to use them in the future for a mini split system and/or heat pump water heater. Thank you Paul & Nikki @ Climatech.

Update 10/7/24 Fall Maintenance Service.

This company, and its employees, are top notch professionals. They are trustworthy and honest. When you need service they are always ready and willing to provide what you need. The technician Ed, is friendly, polite, and knowledgeable. He checked things that no other service technician has EVER done and explained why he was doing so. I have no doubt that I will continue using this company for my service needs.

I was very pleased with the service visit and the technician Ed. He was polite, professional, and answered my questions. This company will be my “go to” for HVAC and heating services. I HIGHLY recommend that to anyone looking for quality services!!

I called as a new customer and was scheduled for the very next day for a service call. Eddie arrived on time and came into my home and thoroughly went through my system and ductwork. He found the problem and fixed it, along with all of the other maintenance performed. While in my home, he was very thoughtful and covered his shoes. Eddie also educated us on everything he was doing and the reasoning for it. We are very impressed with Eddie and very happy with the outcome. We have found our new HVAC company for future service needs!

Service was great did learn a lot from the visit, price was just a bit too high for a fix a could’ve done myself, once the problem was diagnosed (diagnosis price$190). I dont think an extra $200+ labor for a fuse change and a cable that needed to be cut and rewired 10 minute basic electric task its fair. In the end they did fix it and we all eat food.

My central air conditioning stopped working in the middle of the night, and the next day was supposed to reach a Hugh of 90 degrees. I reached a receptionist right away who was extremely friendly and helpful. They got a technician out by 11 am, and my AC was back to working in about 15 minutes. The technician was very friendly and competent. I could not be more thankful!

Climatech is great they were able to come the same day I called. The technician was very thorough and informative. He mapped out our somewhat complex 4 zone system for us. He also explained proper maintenance of the system and made sure to show us everything we needed to know about. I thought the price was very fair.
