Ordered flowers through 1800flowers they ended up being delivered from this shop. They were first delivered to a wrong address at 7:30 at night when they should have been delivered before 5. Then reordered them and they said no one was there to receive them, when they were. Not to mention I spent $100 on the XL bouquet only to recieve a bouquet that made me feel as if I should have bought one at Big Y for 12.99. It would have been more beautiful. So disappointing. I understand that bouquets don’t look exactly as online but they should be representative of the price that is paid.

This is absolutely the best florist I have ever been to. Stopped in before Christmas to get a bouquet for my daughters dance recital. The florist met with me and reviewed what I wanted, and then prepared an absolutely stunning bouquet! Better yet, after the recital all of the flowers lasted for several week in a vase, and my daughter absolutely LOVED them! Would recommend 100000%, and can't wait to go back!

Amazing!! The women at Colonial Flower Shoppe were outstanding, kind, sweet, and thoughtful! Last minute my boyfriend surprised me with a flower shop date and it was the best experience ever! Although the shop was busy with tons of Valentine’s Day orders coming in nonstop, the women at Colonial Flower Shoppe made me feel extra special the entire time, even allowed me to hand pick the flowers I wanted for my bouquet! I can’t say it enough, an amazing experience! Highly recommend!

Update 2/2021
Needed a shot of spring, so I popped in and got a couple cut tulip bouquets from their gorgeous selection—one for me and one for my mom (surprise, mom!). Something else caught my eye—a group of cutting/charcuterie boards, which I’ve been looking for online. Thrilled to find a beautiful one locally. (Farnham Woodworking — looooove my board, which is mahogany and spalted maple)
I also got a little faux flower that looks legit. Happy little shopping trip in between snowstorms. 🙂

The Christmas Shop is lovely, and I purchased several beautiful decor items for my home that will look fantastic through the winter. The shop encompassed the large entry and rooms to the right and left. Lots of pretty little vignettes to stop and take in — snowy forest theme here, old fashioned winter farm there, rich elegance (deep merlot & gold decor), and even coastal themes. The cherry on top was the thoughtful way the ladies working wrapped and packed everything to fit in one box so I can securely store them when the season is over. Made my life easier right there! Thank you so much. Gorgeous floral decor, too. Will be back!!

I called for a funeral arrangement and asked for something with blue hydrangeas with a $55 price since I had to pay shipping to go a mile down the road to Somers Funeral home! Well I got to see the arrangement and it had one hydrangea, one pink Lily, a couple daises and a yellow carnation in a small square vase! I was so embarrassed when I saw the arrangement wasn't even designed nice! Next day I called and complained and she said that's what you get for $55 then charged me the full price two weeks later! I'd never use them again I'll make sure to call Heather at Wildflowers in Tolland at least she gives you a beautiful designed arrangement for your money!
