Our boiler was leaking water, Troy came out to take a look and determined it was the heating coil - causing pressure to go up etc. He replaced the coil and everything is working great again! I was recommended by a friend who had recently used them and I must say Troy was phenomenal! He walked me through the steps and explained in detail what he was looking at, described how my system works. I even had to have him come back a month later for him to admit he did something wrong, fix the issue and took ownership of his mistake while again walking me through his repair process. Troy took the time after hours to answer my question and even trouble shoot my issue over the phone. This is a very honest company and the fact that he not only was willing to help me over the phone but also acknowledge his mistake clearly show their honesty.

Look no further this is your guy! After having two bad experiences with two different contractors Troy came to my rescue. Troy did a great job of communicating, always showed up when he said he would, Cleaned up after himself, and fixed my unit when noone else could. Troy is a gentleman and a pleasure to work with. Troy explained every step of the job and provided me with hands on details throughout the process. I have now recommended him to various friends and family and will only be using him for all future repairs and maintenance on both my A/C and furnace needs in the future. Called about no heat from my Weil Mclain boiler. Troy was able to fit me in last minute on his schedule and arrived a few hours later. Walked me through the process and I was able to learn more about the boiler and how to diagnose it next time myself. My AC unit broke down on a very hot Saturday. I called Connecticut HVAC Services expecting to leave a message but I got Troy. I was warned last year by another company because they had a cleaning special going on that it would need to replaced soon. They tried hard to get me to buy a new one so when it stopped working I thought that would be the news Troy would give me, but he didn't. He found the problems, quickly fixed them, and gave me the good news that it should run for another 10 years. I'm very happy with the price and the service and highly recommend Connecticut HVAC Services.
