I couldn’t be more pleased with the bodywork and other repairs that they made on my Winnebago View! Brian is a great service advisor and made the process so easy. I had damaged to the entire drivers side compartment doors, and the bodywork looks exactly as if were brand new. Also had a new skylight and soft start installed, and both were done to perfection. Today I picked up my Tiffin Phaeton from being repaired at “CT Motor Cars & Coaches”. As a result of an accident, the rear cap needed to be replaced. I was extremely impressed with the overall repairs and the new paint that was required on the replacement pieces and the coach. The paint match and finish were “excellent”. The fit of the new pieces were matched up perfect with the rest of the coach and ALL body lines were even and level, all seals were taped when the caulk was applied which made them completely level and even. Super job and it looks even better than what it did coming out of the build assembly plant. Wendy and Brian were great to deal with and kept me fully updated throughout the entire process. While they had my coach, I had some other minor paint issues worked and resolved. They also installed the “Vroom” system in my bedroom slide. This is one of the best upgrades I have made to my coach and it works great. Thank you to “Rick” in spending all the time with me going over the Vroom system and how it works. This is the ONLY place to take your RV to be repaired in the Northeast. These people are “Experts” and ONLY do top quality work. Thank you!

I'm sitting here today getting my motor coach serviced and thinking that this makes about my 10th year as a customer. In writing this review, I couldn't help but reflect on how the reviews for the motor coach servicing are generally stellar, whereas the towing critiques are pretty much the opposite. I'm wondering, why the disparity? On the motor coach side, from the owners, to the front desk to the maintenance staff, they're all knowledgable, personable, reasonable; i.e. all the things you'd want service personnel to be. Again, the reviews reflect that. However, these same folks oversee the towing operation and yet many of the reviews are not as favorable. Without stating the obvious, I'll let you judge why. Bottom line, this is a good operation, run by good people and all I know is that I'll be back!

We hit a deer, and did major damage to the front end of our 2018 Georgetown XL. The whole front cap had to be replaced. I can’t say enough about the way my repair was handled. They did an outstanding job. From dealing with Brian, to the finish of my repair. I would highly recommend them for any rv needs that you may need.
