If you are looking for a new Plumber, don’t call Cook’s. Awful customer service. The technician came to our house and it took all of five minutes to see where the leak was coming from. When he came back to install the part, it took approximately half an hour. They charged me two hours. When I got my bill, it wasn’t itemized. I emailed Samantha on a Monday and never got a response. When I returned on Friday, I left a message with their answering service and asked what I was paying for? How much was the part and how much was the labor? No response. The following Monday, I called again. Samantha said I’ll have Chris call you. Still no response. I’m preparing to leave town and wanted to get the bill taken care of. I called back and asked did you give Chris the message. She said yes. I have the numbers. I’m thinking, 🤔 well . when were you going to call. She said I was being charged two hours of labor. I said he was NOT there for two hours. No response. No apology, no nothing. I’m not a new homeowner. I know when I’m getting a fair price and I know when the price is inflated. They do not care. I should have read the reviews before I called them. A family friend said Cook’s was fair. They are not. They do not care. The technician on the other hand was awesome. Russell communicated way better than the Company he works for.

Great company to work with. I have hired Chris and his company to replace the plumbing in my home, update and replace my central air and my water heater. Always leave the area they work in clean. On time and friendly. I have recommended to several friends and they were also satisfied.

cRooks service company!
Technicians spent no more than 20 minutes working on my refrigerator, yet I was billed for 2 whole hours. Reason - technicians had to go back to their shop to obtain tools/general parts that they had forgotten. I was charged for their mistakes. Didn't even fix the refrigerator. When I challenged the fee, admin was incredibly unprofessional and not open to hearing the complaint. Don't use this company.

"One call does it all" - that's their slogan, but don't believe it...
June 21st a technician came to my flower shop to assess a problem with my cooler and said he'd be back the next day "as close to 9:00 (am) as possible", (I had advised him that I was leaving for airport @ 2:00 the next day and wanted this taken care of before I left). After waiting all morning, at noon I called their offices to be told they didn't have me on the schedule, but they'd contact the technician. Around 1:30 technician was working on my cooler and his rag evidently caught fire in my cooler - ash all over my flowers and smoke filled the cooler. Technician was very blaze when I confronted him, he didn't even bother to open the doors to let the smoke out! What I was told would take a couple of hours lasted 5 1/2 hours, requiring my employees to stay 1 1/2 hours past closing time.
When I returned from my trip I found that there was now a problem with the lights and doors in the cooler - the breaker kept tripping and would not stay on - NEVER had a problem with this before. Called the owner of Cooks, he said the never should have taken this job to start with and then he sent someone out to take a look on July 3rd who was going to get back to me with pricing, I waited several days and I called July 8th and was told they're looking into the pricing and someone would call on July 10th. Waited until the end of the day on the 10th and left ANOTHER message for the owner - I'm STILL WAITING to hear back from him.
Update July 17th - Cooler finally fixed!
I CALLED A DIFFERENT COMPANY TO FINALLY FIX WHAT COOK'S WOULDN'T OR COULDN'T.
THE OWNER SHOULD BE ASHAMED OF HOW THIS WAS HANDLED!!
I would rather have heard that they don't know how to fix it so I could move on and get the job done and not waste my time.

Cook's came out to run electric from my house to my rv in the back yard. The pricing was very reasonable and service was friendly and prompt. I will definitely call them again for any future needs.

I don't know about the quality of of their work, but I do how that they are definitely not quality drivers, because they cut me off on concord pike along with 2 other cars and then sped off flying down the road as if being chased by people who they ripped off.
