The manager was never present on site to tend to any of the tenants needs, drive ways were not tended to on a routing basis during winter, and tenants were told that because of budgets they could not afford to keep them up regularly. Would not recommend these apartments to anyone. If you can move anywhere else please do. Manager was very rude during our move out time and kept our deposit and lied saying that we were not doing things even though we were. Being that she lives out of state I don’t know how she could possibly know this. She is a lier, thief, and rude individual all around. Hope she isn’t manager for very much longer and does not deserve the position she is in!!!!

I've lived at Courtyard for 16 months. Everyone has their own situations and opinions, but my experience has been a really good one. Christi has been very accommodating from the beginning. She has worked with me on any issue that has come up big or small, quickly. Ex: The ice in the parking lot started melting and created a few potholes. Mentioned it to her and the next morning a bulldozer was fixing it. The maintenance guy is nice and takes care of business. Another thing I thought was cool is that she decorates her Airbnb(s) with art from local artist(s). Anyways, everybody has an opinion, this just happened to be mine.

I’ve lived here over a year now and since the change in Maintenance I can say this is the best place I’ve rented. Management is always on top of any issues I might have and is always quick to reply. This place is quiet and no drama. Kristy is a great manager.

I've lived here for a while now and I have to say the complex is awesome. Affordable to live in, friendly neighbors, close to town. Being able to have my doggo here too is a huge plus. Kristie is superb 🤘

Great to find a nice quiet place that accepts dogs and has a yard . Nice apartments with a good rental price . Management is very good . On site laundry and close to the beach in a nice neighborhood

The management at Courtyard Gardens has been terrific, very accommodating, nicely furnished apartments, at a reasonable price.
