My husband and I have hired quite a few companies during our process of renovating our backyard over the past several years and the Creative Contour crew is definitely top of the list for design, communication, professionalism, respect and AWESOMENESS! Jennifer and crew installed 3 new, absolutely gorgeous garden beds in our yard complete with trees, shrubs, perennials, topsoil and mulch and we have been blown away at how beautiful everything looks. The crew treated our property as if it was their own, everything was done with precision and care. They cleaned up as they worked and reseeded the grassy areas that were disturbed by the machinery. You will never meet a more hardworking crew! Our backyard is now our peaceful oasis where we can relax and spend fun days with our family. Where do I even start .. from day one , Jen , Steve and their amazing crew treated us like family . The crew worked tirelessly and efficiently ,the whole time with a smile on their face or a friendly wave if we crossed paths . We came into this project with no knowledge of plants or design .Jen took our thoughts , added her genius , and made our yard better than we could have ever pictured. Not only did the design turn out amazing , she listened to our concerns with water run off and fixed some drainage issues on site without flinching. Word of advice to anyone considering hiring this crew . Run, don’t walk . A team this talented is hard to come by . Oh and get Jen a cold brew coffee!

We were quite embarrassed of how our walkways looked before Creative Contour came along! Customers would include a comment about the appearance of the outside of our business when they would review our eatery. Somewhere along the lines of…”was questioning my life choices coming here at first while entering because the outside looked beat.”Jennifer and her team came though in August and transformed the entryway of our business. She planned out a beautiful low level garden and set it up for a fountain that we plan on adding in the future. Her team arrived on time and worked through the week minding the patrons and directing them where to go while a complete construction zone in the front. This is always a concern while trying to operate a business, her team was professional in handling that aspect. Jennifer listened to us as we trusted her insight and skill with her plan for the space. The team left the area impeccably clean in time for the weekend. In the end, detailed watering instructions for the garden was sent to me to insure success. It was a lot of watering, but the grass grew in, and the plants didn’t die, even though a couple of them were being over dramatic. I’d recommend Creative Contour for commercial work. We will be using them for more projects in the future because god knows how much more needs to get done out there.

Jennifer's vision of what my redesigned yard could look like were creative, environmentally-friendly, and full of native plants. As the owner and designer of Creative Contour, Jennifer worked closely with me to determine my likes and dislikes regarding plants, colors, and seasonal appearances and designed a landscape that was a mix of small trees, bushes, plants, and ground cover that would show a mix of colors year-round and attract butterflies, birds , and bees to help with pollination. In addition, the design and selection of sidewalk pavers and granite front porch and steps further enhanced the beauty of both my home and the newly completed landscaping.

The Creative Contour crew (of three) was on time every day, friendly, hard-working, and cleaned up at the end of each day for all six days of the job. I couldn't believe how much they completed each day and certainly couldn't believe that they took only six days to complete what I thought would take a couple of weeks at least. The crew removed the existing lawn, concrete front porch and two sidewalks made up of large concrete blocks. They created an entrance with a beautiful front porch and pathway and a landscape full of a variety of plantings that have simply transformed my house. Jennifer's completed design went above and beyond my expectations, and I am thrilled with the results. Post-installation, Jennifer also provided the instructions for care and maintenance, so I can keep the landscaping looking beautiful year-round.

The entire project was a high-quality renovation and installation. Jennifer is a dream to work with, and I highly recommend her and her Creative Contour team for your landscape design and outdoor living space.

Jennifer completed two jobs for us - a patio, retaining wall and walkway in the winter, and a regrading of our front yard complete with landscape refresh in the fall. We had a great experience, it was truly a collaborative effort. For the backyard, Jennifer had a vision, and was very flexible when we wanted to go in a different direction. The retaining wall was a pattern they had never done before and it turned out great. I love the amount of space I have now.

Our front yard needed regrading as our basement was flooding through the window wells due to the ground being too high. Jennifer completed this, along with a modern stoop, new plants and rock border. I love all the plants Jennifer chose, she really has an eye for color and placement. She is the life of the party and fun to work with.

Her crew deserves a special mention. They are fantastic! They are on time everyday, considerate, and do meticulous work. We truly enjoyed having them over everyday.

Creative Contours and Jennifer are such a pleasure to work with! And the crew was great as well. She absolutely knows her plants and ensures that all aspects of the job are done right.
When Jen first came out to view the yard and discuss what I was thinking. At that time, I think her immediate comment was the deck needs to be replaced and the patio…
Not the work I was thinking of. Even though, I knew both were in need of repair. After Jen designed her plan with new plantings, she took me to a grower to find out what I did and didn’t like.
Couple of months later (I was away for the summer), Jen called and was ready to begin.
I had had time to think about the project scope and concluded that she was right on day one. I would get more for my money by replacing the entire patio and back slope. When I told her I wanted a complete change of the project, it was no problem to her at all. Still started the job within the week. Any problems that arose, they quickly developed a solution.
My advice: Listen to what Jen suggests and have an open mind and you will love the results!
It will not be a cookie cutter look (unless that’s what you want).

The crew were extremely hard workers. There was no shouting or swearing. At the end of each day, they swept, packed and cleaned up the job site. Several of my neighbors commented on them and loved my new patio even without furniture. Most importantly, I truly love it and would certainly call them again for any work.
