I was looking for a new senior living to moved my sister in-law.
Cypress Place was the first place that I went to. I can’t explain what I felt when I got there for the first time… in my heart I knew this was the right place for her. However I visited few more places around the area just to make sure I was choosing the best new home for her, but nothing felt right, only Cypress Place.
I finally moved her over month ago into a very spacious studio with a great view to the gardens.

Cypress Place is tastefully decorated, it has beautifully courtyard, smells clean, the staff and management are kind, friendly and professional.

Lily and her team are extremely caring, warmhearted and efficient.
Arlene and Claudia in the front desk are always very welcoming and pleasant.

Whitney and Gina helped make the transition for my sister in-law so easy.

I am so happy that she is here!

My father lived in memory care at Cypress for about 3 years before he passed away in 2024. I lived in NYC at the time and so did not visit him that frequently. When I did, I was happy with the care shown him by the Cypress Place staff, especially two Hispanic women who were exceptionally kind. A friend of mine who looked in on my dad and who was familiar with other memory care facilities also thought that the care was very good.
The staff did occasionally make mistakes, such as leaving out needed information on insurance forms. These mistakes were generally quickly corrected.
I have visited four other memory care facilities. Cypress Place has a lot of advantages: 1) It is not very big, so the residents can’t get lost. 2) Residents have easy, direct access to an outdoor garden. 3) Residents were not plunked in front of a television set. The TV is in an area separate from the main room where the activities are. 4) The rooms are good-sized, and the food is tasty. 5) They allow certain types of in-house hospice care. This allowed my father to die in a room that was familiar to him. 6) Most importantly, the people who work directly with the residents have the residents’ best interest at heart.

Our father was a resident here for nearly 4 years.
We feel the community is very well managed. The staff is exceptional, kind, caring and very trust worthy from the nursing and direct care givers, med techs, administration, dining services ( delicious food), house keeping, maintenance, and activities director. The community includes family and friends to events which are outstanding and fun!
They treat residents as a whole and with utmost respect.
Dad was very happy and comfortable here. We are so happy that we chose Cypress senior living assisted living. I honestly can not complain about anything because if there were any complaints they were addressed in a timely manner and rectified.

Hi! If I could give Cypress a million stars I would.

Forgive me this will be a long review but please read if you are in the position my family was. My Mom was diagnosed several years ago with Alzheimer’s and we tried to keep her home with my Dad as long as we could. We had home health coming in but as she progressed it became too much for my Dad. My dad was amazing and did his very best but we got to the point we needed a “team” to keep her safe as she was getting more confused. We made the difficult decision to start discussing moving her to a memory care facility. It became apparent she needed more care than we all could provide. My mom is/was my confident, biggest cheerleader and the best friend I ever had. I decided to visit several “recommended memory care places” so when the time came we had an idea of where may be the best fit for her. Well, it was not easy but I went to five places (walked right out of two places) then got to my last stop Cypress. I met with Whitney and was overwhelmed with the brightness, cheerfulness and over all feeling of home. I cried happy tears when I got in the car as I called my family and said “I found THE place where mom deserves to be! It took two years to get her in between timing (my parents have been married 61 years) so we tried to respect Dads wishes and finally Cypress called with an opening we had a family meeting and began the transition. The entire team feels like family from Gina, Whitney, Celeste, Lily, Kim and the most amazing caregivers! The team there really take pride in their jobs and love her like we do! It is what makes leaving our most treasured possession our Mom and my Dads wife in the care of Cypress. Watching my mom progress from Alzheimer’s is the hardest thing I have gone through but finding Cypress is and will always be the best thing we could have done for her and us! We visit often and love seeing her so well taken care of, engaged as much as she can and they love her like we do. They have a schedule and there are activities all day! What more can you ask for? For my family, Cypress Memory Care has been the blessing we prayed and hoped for. Please, if you find yourself facing the heartbreaking decision we had to make when your loved one progresses and needs more care please do not hesitate to consider Cypress!

Please feel free to reach out to me as I could go on and on about Cypress being the brightest solution in middle of the painful disease of Alzheimer’s. I’m happy to help, listen or share my experience it was not easy but knowing she’s happy and being cared for like family makes a very painful situation hurt just a bit less.

My family has had the best service from Cypress Place Senior Living. Whitney LaBrie is so kind and walked us through each step as our loved one made the decision to move in. Whitney made my uncle feel at home and part of the community. All of the staff have been wonderful. It is beautiful, the apartments are very nice. There are many activities happening often to bring everyone together. Cypress is a fantastic place to keep a person feeling as independent as possible during some of the most challenging changes. We feel comfortable knowing when the time is needed there is an option for assisted living without having to leave his community of friends. I highly recommend calling Whitney to see what this Cypress Place has to offer.

Our mom moved to Cypress Place in 2017 and passed at age 92 this year. From the start we were so pleased with her living situation. Most importantly, she was happy there, thanks primarily to the wonderful staff.

I do home health physical therapy and this is my favorite place to visit. Clean, quiet, tons of activities for the residents, friendly staff, great place. The best facility I have been in so far. If I had to stay somewhere or send a family member, this would be the place.
