I just bought a BMW X5 about two years ago and I decided to take it to Daniel Jacobs Garage instead of the local dealership for a regular maintenance - I couldn’t be happier with my decision.

Dan provided personalized service that far exceeded my expectations… especially compared to my previous experiences at dealerships where I often felt rushed and uninformed. I cannot recommend this shop enough!

I Brought my S4 to another local shop for a camshaft position sensor code and they quoted me a $10,000 timing chain replacement without any diagnostics. Daniel Jacobs LLC. had one of their technicians go through the car thorougly and they found the issue to be unrelated to the timing chain which saved me over $9,000. Chris the service writer I dealt with was extremely professional and communicative throughout the whole process. I am so glad I brought my car to them and will strictly use them going forward!

Have (or had) been a customer for almost 3 years and had always had a relatively good experience with the shop. Most recently though, I had an AC leak and was quoted $2700 for a compressor job that I received a quote the same day for $2300 from Audi. Spoke over phone with the new terrible receptionist and said I would like to pick up my vehicle and decline service, to which I was told I would be charged an hour labor and then promptly hung up on. Charged nearly $200 upon pickup, and couldn’t even be told description or exact source of issue. Terrible service from a place I used to fully trust.

They will go immediately with the most expensive option possible. These "mechanics" don't even try and I don't think they even read the whole email with what problems you're having. Aside from your basic oil change avoid this place like the plague

I've been taking my car here for about 5 or 6 years. These are the best mechanics I've found, and I've lived all over the country. They're very knowledgeable about Porsches, MINIs, just about any car. They stay current with changes and notices from manufacturers. Their pricing is absolutely fair. They go above and beyond in customer service. You can trust their experience 100%. Most importantly, you can trust them. Which is very hard to find these days. I highly recommend Dan and his entire team.

Excellent service: Everything was as it should be when they finished. No indicator lights left on, no mess in my car. The rep at the front was also professional and polite.
Fair prices: They only charged for a half hour, where most shops would just call it an hour. This alone is enough for me to become a repeat customer.
Timely: I scheduled an appointment, and can you believe it, they were actually ready for me and took my car on time. Maybe I've been unlucky but this almost never happens.
They also gave some of the obvious things a look, while the vehicle was on the lift, and corrected a minor issue without charging me. I will absolutely bring my M2 back here and wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to family and friends.

Excellent service. I called to get tires put on my Cayenne and they were able to get me in the same day! I didn’t expect it and was thrilled they were able to accommodate me. Their tech even recognized that I needed a battery installed on my remote and replaced it on the spot. This is a great “local” ( although people travel from far away for their expert service) shop doing exceptional work at a very fair price! Highly recommend Daniel Jacobs LLC!
