I have gone to Don's several times, and everyone has been very helpful. Great customer service. I have gone to other landscaping companies in the area, and I wish I discovered Don's sooner!! Highly recommended!!

I will NEVER go anywhere else(especially Rocky top)Again for gorilla hair mulch! See my truck was recently hit by a deer, so I haven't been able to get mulch for myself or clients by the yard like usual. Well they perfected the "use your own bag for mulch method" buy by the quarter yard, dump it, and you scoop up, no more paying too much other places were different associates guess at how much you filled in bags! So friendly and personable, and great price, easy great product too

Don’s is a regular stop for shopping summer project’s materials. Annually I’m there to grab materials for: soils, mulch, walkway slabs, breeze, and decorative rock. I appreciate the ability to buy by the truck/trailer load and save money. I’ve also taken advantage of their fun statuary and yard art over the years. I’m thankful Don’s is party of our community.

If I could give this place 0 stars I would. I do not recommend this place at all. I will be telling everyone I know to not go here. They load artificial turf for a different company. The actual company who sells the turf is a legit business and trustworthy. The issue is the people at the old run down blue office in the back by the scale. I payed almost 4K dollars for the turf, I received the form and took it to the office, where the customer service was terrible, and racist. The actual company stated I could look at all the turf and decide which I wanted. When I told this company which ones I wanted the older man/owner was arguing with me and trying to give me the faulty and broken ones. I had to call the actual company and tell about this to which he told me that he’s disappointed in dons garden and landscape because this is not how they are supposed to act. The owner of dons garden company then started complaining to me and yelling about how the contract between these two companies wasn’t paying them enough and their treatment wasn’t fair, etc, not something you do in front of customers. The owner of this lot then made me wait 2-3 hours and we had to carry and unload and reload the rolls which was all their job to do was load. From one business owner to another, I recommend you take some customer service classes as well as anger management to avoid losing customers and future lawsuits.

My mother's cement good took a tumble and unfortunately suffered a traumatic injury from which there was no return. This was her favorite lawn ornament and she even made outfits for it! (I know, I know) Don's Garden Shop had the only one it town. They put it on hold for me until someone could pick it up. My hubby ran over to get it and he told me how awesome Kevin was. They had a good chat and he made sure to load it and wrap it with the moving blanket we had so it wouldn't get broken on the way home. Thank you Don's!!!!

My husband and I came here today to get a quote for some rock for the front of our house. I would like to start out by saying the customer service here is OUTSTANDING! Everyone was beyond nice and helpful. Secondly, the prices and quality of products were WONDERFUL! Had a wonderful experience choosing and bringing home plants from Don's this morning. I was looking for plants for a baby shower with a wildflower theme and found so many wonderful plants that it was hard to choose!! The team checking me out were really helpful in finding a box for the plants to travel safely in and were enjoyable to talk with about the excitement of the upcoming baby shower. In addition to the plants, there were so many beautiful pieces of garden decor! I saw the cutest metal bird and a welcome sign with a place for a hanging basket. Wonderful place for plants and everything that goes with them!!
